r/MouseReviewIs there a point in buying a Zowie mice in 2026?

Then maybe I am just unlucky or what? Had a ec2-c with horrible frame skipping, one ec2-cw that started to have disconnection issues just after a week warranty ended, sitting as a e-waste now. idk what's with 1-year support only when razer and logitech provides give 2 years and replace the product no questions asked. Have 2 gsr-se and 1 gsr2 that refuses to stay flat till date. I have used a lot of zowie stuff and still main them. But it's not all sunshine and rainbows like you describe. the clicks get mushy, the coating gets shined and slippery, but that's acceptable.

Check out mice with optical scroll wheel encoders it's usually has better longevity than mechanical encoders. Mice with optical scroll wheel - zowie c series, g502x/basilisk v3, leviathan v4, keychron m6.

r/MouseReviewBudget $150 for gaming mouse, size, shape, weight etc doesn't matter, it should be wired. If there's something better but pricier tell me!

r/MouseReviewHigh end wired mice suggestions?

if it has to be pure wired under $200, I’d look at Vaxee XE / NP-01S or Zowie EC2-C / S2-C, all super solid for CS. Great tracking, consistent feel, no gimmicks. If you want something lighter/faster, Razer Viper 8K is still a great wired pick. Shape matters most imo.

i personally dont like the xm2we(which has the same shape as xm1r) but solely due to the shape, other than that it is a good mouse. depends on what kind of shape you want for your mouse. if you want a safe option, or a mouse with a shape that can accomodate for multiple gripstyles and handsizes, there are many g pro superlight clones that are bascially just as good, such as mchose a7 pro or incott g23 (there are many others). zowie also still sells their wired c-series mice too which are also great options. you could also find some good deals for used options. I personally use the deathadder v3 wired.

I have a very similar hand size to yours, and I have tried many mice in the past few weeks. I usually play with a relaxed claw grip. If any shop where you live offers a return policy or allows you to try mice in their shop, I would suggest that. Your palm should have decent support, and all of your fingers should be able to rest naturally. I didn't like the Viper V3 Pro because it was too narrow in the middle, and the clicks caused my fingers to go into a V shape. My pinky had no place to rest. The Maya X and Superlight 2 are much more comfortable and universal for symmetrical mice. For ergos, I might recommend the EC2 or Xlite V4 medium, which are very popular shapes. I believe that mice under 122x62x40 will feel weird if you sometimes palm your mice and are used to good palm support. Smaller mice would work, but you need a different grip style with your hand size.

r/MouseReviewBest mouse for large hands

FWIW I see the 502 suggested for people with big hands but I find the actual width of the part of the mouse you grip is not very large. Lots of things to consider, but I’ve got 20 cm x 11 cm hands and have settled on the DAV3 wired version. I’ve found the mouse width and desired shape (symmetrical vs ergo) to be the most important factors when looking for a mouse. Other mice I’ve tried and liked include the ZOWIE EC2 (look into EC1), Razer DAV2 Pro, and Logitech g403/703. Good luck!

Ergo: Zowie EC2: my preference is palm and it fits my hand very well for that. I have gained a lot of stability with this mouse (most noticeably in cs) being able to just simply get my crosshair on the target in a more controlled and consistent manner. Symmetrical: GPX/GPX 2: Part of it being it’s the first shape I ever used with the old G pro wireless. But it’s also, for me, the shape/size that offers the most utility. I can palm or claw if I want to, have always had great target tracking on it, ability to hit nasty flicks, while also feeling stable in slower fps games.
