Nice! Coming from the OP1 v2, I highly recommend the NP01s v2, unless you are primarily fingertip.

Rivals(mainly), Valorant, and single players. It’s a hybrid of a ergo and ambi. Basically, it’s a small ergo without the high feeling, making it comfortable.

"Using 2k with performance mode takes about 3 days of using, around 5 to 7 hours." Damn, on my unit I got way better battery life than that with the same settings. You really drain from 100% to all the way to empty (or at least to like <10%) in \~21 hours of using or even less? Well agreed with you anyway that it's a great mouse.

Yeah definitely not as efficient as something like GPX but luckily this one is better in every other aspect. I'd say at least 30 hours so like about 5 days if going with your \~6 hours a day. Maybe I'll do more accurate measurement some week.

1. Shapes/ weight I'm using this from an ec2 shape user using a relax claw with an 18.3x10cm hand. I just recently tried out some smaller mice and i enjoy it, especially the Op1w 4k from egg because of the shape and thinner grip. But the sides are a bit too flat for my taste. The shape of the np01s fills the need for more comfort curves in the mouse and retains the thinner grip compared to other mouse. A unique shape as a mix of symmetry and asymmetry. 1 thing i would say i don't like about the shape is the amount of support and how the curve interact the thenar in my palm, leading to that specific muscle and my thumb to get a bit fatigued. Regradless these issues, my aim is very stable and i have the mobility of smaller mice to micro adjust in the game. The 58g weight is game changing for me compare to the older np01s, it changes the feel of the mouse completely for me and this is a sweet spot for weight for mouse using for tac fps game to me, I think this is the elements that makes the mouse feel so good to me this time cus when i tried the v1 i didnt like it that much ( tracking heavy aim and raw aim i would use lighter mouse with different shape and grip) 2. Coating I have VERY VERY sweaty hands and the coating of Vaxee just doesn't work for me, getting slippery after just 1 round of Valorant and i have to constantly wipe my hands. I would say the coating i like and kinda work for me is Zowie dw series coating. I use griptape anyway so this is not a deal breaker for me. 3. Switches/scroll wheel. This is one of the best main click/ switches I've tried so far. Spammable and light, literally no side flex on the click, very little to no pre-travel, and a bit post post-travel. Very nice side click as well, tactile and well-positioned, it is a bit small but this is a small mouse so cant complain about that. Scroll wheel is tactile and loud, the switche is on the heavier/medium side but it is one of the most snappy scroll wheel click i have had, usually it is more mushy in my experience. Overall, one of the best if not the best implementation. 4. Sensor/ performance/ battery life. I saw some reviewers mentioned about the sensor position on this mouse is a bit lower than usual. But i dont see it affect anything to the feeling or my performances. Mostly using 2k and 1k cus my hardware is not enough for 4k but im happy about what i have with the 2k and competitive mode. Using 2k with performance mode takes about 3 days of using, around 5 to 7 hours. Not the best but decent battery time, but be sure to turn off the mouse after using cus i left it over night once and the battery is empty next morning, i dont remember about this as i forgot to charge it earlier or it was on the whole night but just turn it off after using. 5, skates Thinner than after market skates and more on the control side of the speed, but it is pretty smooth and reliable. i use it on xsoft artisan pad but havent noticed the bottom of the mouse touch the pad at all but it might be because of my grip and playstyle. i woud recommend replaced them tho, ( can anyone explain why the skates looks like it has 2 layers?) CONCLUSION if you're sure u love the shape of the mouse and Vaxee mouse in general, i still recommend to look for this mouse on the 2nd market since the price tag in europe is very expensive. However, if u have the budget, i think just go for it, it has the best of the build, click, sensor u can get on the market. If u want to try the shape for urself i think the Incott Ghero has a similar shape and at a very cheap price point. My first ever review and i would love to make a video someday so feel free to discuss and tell me what i missed, t4r https://preview.redd.it/olzw5005nzve1.png?width=1536&format=png&auto=webp&s=afa5ffc7d2c24d720bb60e62089eb23dfe1d5a8c

Thanks for Update of the post with nYour hand size. For Your small hand 16x9 cm I would suggest - do not look on Superlights and Vipers, it will be big for Your hand, at least to to the local store and check it Yourseves (do not listen anybody). For Your hand and from Your list I would suggest 119 mm long Vaxee ZYGEN NP-01S v2. You can add to Your list 119 mm Zowie EC3-CW Small, EndGame Gear OP1W 4K, Sora V2. Even these 4 mouses can be slightly big for Your hand

For me, it's EGG or Vaxee. Neither are following the "mega-ultra-super lightweight" philosophy, they care more about making incredible products. I've had my NP-01S v2 for around 6 months and I only regret not buying a Vaxee years earlier.

I had the NP-01S v2, the buttons are wobbly they feel crunchy if pressed to hard which is very unconfortable and in 2025 non optical switches is a no, I found it very difficult to avoid double clicks with some frequency. I had two units and both were the same luckly they refunded my money.

I find the Vaxee NP-01S v2, and the Vaxee NP-01S Ergo to be the best mice I've used in my wayyyyy to big of a mouse collection. I find Vaxee's firmware to be the best firmware implementation on the market, or at least right there with Logitech and Razer. Logitech might get a lot of hate, but they are the apple of gaming mice when it comes to how tightly interconnected the firmware to hardware is for their products. I find vaxee to be similar. Their firmware has their wireless protocol to be top notch. The tracking on the mouse was too responsive for me when I first started using their mice. After getting use to it and then trying other mice, you realize how low latency their wireless implementation is, how tight and low latency the tracking feels with their sensor. The shape of the mousse is so unique, but it fits like a glove into my hand grip position, which is a relaxed claw to fingertip hybrid. I often use fingertip in fast moving sequences with lots of tracking. But then I anchor my bottom palm down on my mouse pad and with my slightly curled fingers, I'll tuck the mouse back, all the way until it hits the center of my palm.. basically using the center of my palm as a wall to have the butt of the mouse pressed up against, to create very good stability. So I basically use relaxed claw to control recoil and produce straight line flicks. And then I use fingertip with my wrist hovering in the air when I need to produce fast movement flicks and track targets for long distances. The NP-01S v2 and ERGO both fit my grip style and my 20x10cm hands like a glove. Giving me a tight locked in feeling as I use the mouse. In combination with the extremely responsive tracking of the mouse, low latency of the wireless implementation, and high end sensor. These mouse are really really fun to use. I just wish they were a touch lighter. The mouse do feel very heavy even when compared to other mice that weigh exactly the same. Perhaps it's the way the weight distribution is on both mice, but if I pick up a gpx 2 at 59 to 60g , it will feel lighter than my NP-01s ERGO at 59 to 60g. I got the NP-01S V2 down to 56g with dot skates, and that mouse feels really good. I find 50g the sweet spot for weight where it flicks really well but also has some stimulation feedback to my nervous system because I feel a little weight behind the mouse. I'm heavy handed to extremely light weight like 35g, I overshoot like a mofo.

I've experienced that with finalmouse before, it's frustrating, sorry to hear that. Thankfully I do not have that issue at all with my NP-01s V2. I will say, don't fall for the optical switch psyop, it's not needed in order to reach extremely low click latency and these days mechanical switches last forever before getting debounce issues. mechanical switches feel so much better than optical switches. The NP-01S V2 has a 0.7ms click latency at 4k polling, that's better than the gpx 2 which has optical switches. In actuality, anything under 5ms click latency will no effect your gameplay in anyway but for enthusiast standpoint, anything in the 1ms click latency range and under will seriously, seriously be indifferent for your performance. It's all marketing at that point.

20x10cm. I have bigger than average hands but I like small mice. I find the vaxee np-01s to be just slightly smaller than average sized mice. As far as length and width goes, id say the np-01s is around the same size as a pulsar X2 medium, and touch smaller than a G Pro Superlight. The NP-01S ERGO is slightly wider at the front of the mouse, and it's slightly taller, so it fills out the hand just a touch more than the NP-01S, but their lengths are the same and the width at the butt of the mouse is the same so your pinky grip on the mouse will feel the same. Oh and the NP-01S Ergo has a slight tilt at the top of the mouse, plus a outward curve for your pinky, making it much more like a traditional ergo mouse shape. The NP-01S is very straight at the top of the mouse, making it a more unique shape, a more hybrid style mouse as it curves on the right side of the mouse, for your pinky, like a traditional ergo mouse would, but the top of the NP-01S mouse is straight like an ambidextrous mouse. A true ergo mouse has a flare out curve for your pinky, and it has a tilt at the top of the mouse, to tilt your wrist a little bit to the right, to open up your forearm bones, so they don't put pressure on your nerve and fatigue it after awhile. Both the NP-01S and the NP-01S Ergo has a extreme inward curve on the left side of the mouse, for your thumb, and an outward curve on the bottom right side of the mouse for your pinky. These 2 curves on the left and right sides really give me that locked in feeling. It provides great leverage. The NP-01S is straight at the top, and the NP-01S Ergo has a slight tilt at the top, while also being 1 or 2mm taller. That's the main difference besides the sensor position. The tilt on the NP-01S Ergo is not as prominent as a traditional ergonomic gaming mouse. The np-01S Ergo has a very small, baby tilt at the top of it.

Have you tried the NP-01S. I will say Eloshape website has the NP-01S and the NP-01S Ergo listed as the same dimensions but that is an error. The NP-01S Ergo is 1mm thicker at the front of the mouse And the NP-01S Ergo is 1or 2mm (can't remember) taller than the NP-01S. So if you are wishing the NP-01S Ergo was a little bit bigger based on a frame of reference to the NP-01S, do note that their widths are the same at the rear of the mouse, where your pinky makes contact, but the front of the mouse, where your thumb and middle finger make contact, the NP-01S Ergo is 1mm thicker and in combination of the NP-01S Ergo also being slightly taller than the NP-01S, you do feel like the mouse is a little bit bigger.

I like it a lot, I wish it was just a touch lighter. The main difference im noticing with the NP-01S and the NP-01S Ergo is the np01s feels more sporty, it's lower profile, lighter, more narrow, and straight tipped. While the np01s ergo is a little more bubble in shape if that makes sense. It's a touch wider at the front of the mouse, while being the same width at the rear of the mouse, but it's a touch taller too, and a touch heavier. I find it better for tac fps while the np01s is better for tracking, long tkk games. My NP01S with dot skates comes out to. 55 and a half grams. I haven't put dot skate on my NP01S Ergo yet, but it's 60 and a half grams.

I have the same hand size and grip and I've gone through soooo many mice and i have the say the Vaxee NP-01s ERGO is one of my favorite mice I've ever used. I wish It was 10 grams lighter but the software/firmware implementation on vaxee mice are sooo good, the latency feels really good, and the shape is a glove, plus a touch of a tilt for comfortability, but not too aggressive of a tilt like traditional ergo mice. In my opinion, it's the best of both worlds type of mouse. They also moved the sensor position back to the og np-01 which is big, as I have the np-01sv2 and it's a great mice, but the ergo version is a big improvement.

Vaxee just released the NP01S V2 which is around 56-57grams. Thats what I'm currently looking at myself with 18x9-9.5 and a relaxed Claw/relaxed Pincer Claw user. 😊 I really enjoyed the XTRFY M4 size before and mained it for many years. However the honeycomb shell and scroll wheel quality was awful. Might be worth taking a look at their M64/M64 Pro though! Same shape but better quality and without the honeycomb!

Vaxee Zygen np01 wireless. Company was started by a bunch of the Zowie engineers. I play shooters more than I play AOE or mobas so weight, shape, and sensor were more important. As long as the mouse has at least a 3360 sensor or newer it's going to be nearly flawless for tracking purposes. Just find the shape that fits your hand best.

I have bigger hands than you and the gpx2 feels extremely small to me but I've been using the vaxee np01 4k lately and although it's shorter it's also a lot wider at the back so it fits nicely into my hand for claw grip. It's not an ambi shape but it's not ergo either, it's got a really subtle shape, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Honestly not really, I've used mice that are extremely light but the wrong shape and as such they don't feel good at all, the Np01 feels like it's made for claw grip so it feels great in hand so the weight becomes a none issue

Yeah vaxee especially I'm in the UK as well, I got the NP01 4k for £65 and he left the receipt in the box, he'd only had it for a couple of months so I'm really happy with that. I will say I don't mind the weight but in the same way I'd probably upgrade if they released one lighter, I have to stop myself buying one of those new EC DW mice now that they released light versions.

I ended up getting the NP01s ergo cause I saw it was in-stock, and I just couldn't stop thinking about it while using my thorn. I literally got it in this day of writing, but I put my hand on it and man it fit like a glove. Works perfectly for a relaxed claw grip. Size wise, the only difference that I could feel off the rip (not counting the obvious stuff like buttons and scroll wheel) was that it is shorter than the Thorn (from bottom to hump height). Most noticeably is that there's not as much free thumbspace as compared to thorn, but I'm not dragging on the mousepad or touching the side buttons much so its not that noticeable. If you have longer hands than I do (7 x 4-ish in. / 17.78 x 10 cm - I only have an imperial measuring tape) you might have to curl your fingers more into a regular claw. But it really does just fill in the back of your palm comfortably Will also add that in I \*think\* the VGN Y2 is a highly similar shape for like half the price/more if its on sale. I didn't go for it cause I'd been eyeing the Vaxee since August, but its something to keep in mind

I have 18cm x 9cm and tried a lot of mice Attack shark R6 fantastic shape for me. Their cable is really bad and causes stutters. OP18K shape is also good, cable isn’t much of an issue. ULX small good shape but too small for me ULX medium great shape very versatile GPX too big DAV3 too big NP-01S good shape but too heavy NP-01 a bit large but safe for palm.. but too heavy EC-3CW or whatever it’s called very good size, good fit but I hate ergo so…. I think you will like the ULX small the most… try the Attack Shark R6 too it’s relatively cheap and return on Amazon is easy

As someone who has had the DAV3 Pro and DEX, tried the NP-01s, Xlite and the EC2… For shape, it’s the DEX hands down. Build could be a little better for the price but shape is king/queen. Note: hands are 20.5 x 11cm and I use relaxed claw. I’ve also heard good things about the E1 but I can’t find a 3D scan of it anywhere.

It's got a back hump but is more of a fingertip-claw hybrid mouse if you like a back hump design to get full contact there with sides that allow a fingertip/relaxed fingertip grip rather than a just a relaxed claw grip. It's got a very mild tilt on the main buttons. Somewhere between a flat mouse and the traditional ergo tilt you expect on EC/deathadder style mice.

18.5 x 10.5, from my experience with the G703/G403 which this is inspired by it is very much a more palm/relaxed claw mouse. It very much hugs your hand and wants you to slap your hand on it. I would look at a smaller ergo or something like the NP01s if you prefer a true claw grip.

I actually own both mice and both have good side buttons with no pretravel like the logikek superbrick. My hand size is 19.5x10 so I find the NP-01S a better fit for me because my hand just completely engulfs the OP1. The stock skates on the NP-01S are more controlled atleast it was on the version before the V2 and the stock skates were too fast on the OP1 for me so I just removed them completely and am waiting for replacement control dots.

I still use my g303 for competitive shooters but really dig the np-o1 from Vaxee for everything else

Depends on your hand size and the way you are currently using you hand to hold it. For me it was a journey with the np01 over to xe wireless and now I am on hitscan hyperlight. Before that I did test 15 different mice.

Check recent zowie and vaxee models, they are more or less weighty and feel sturdy

Vaxee mice, but they are slowly updating their models to be lighter, so if you want a heavy mouse, better get them now. Or you could get a heavily controlled mousepad like LGG Jupiter too, might help with shakiness.

I like that it IS, literally, the vaxee mouse and they didnt even attempt to change the name. Just took out 2 letters, actually, and left it so you pronounce it identically as an english speaker haha. They said "fuck it"

no but how the sensor is implemented can make a difference. i'd rather have a "worse" sensor that is implemented well than a "better" one thats implemented poorly. maybe its the unit i received, i dunno but i'm just now trying out a razer deathadder v4 pro and i feel like it has a "floaty" sensor, in comparison the deathadder v3 hyperspeed i tried felt really snappy despite having a "worse" sensor. i remember the first time i tried a vaxee mouse and the thing that stuck out sensor wise was how responsive and snappy it felt compared to other mice i tried using the same sensor. i mean if you can, why not try it out for yourself and get a superlight 2 you can return if its not for you?

non pro viper wireless, razer deathadder, i'd argue g305 lightspeed, xtrfy m42, wired zowie, superlight 1, glorious wired, some lgg mice, some vaxee mice, endgame gear op1k. All these are like 25-80€ if my quick currency version is right. Some of these are wireless too. Especially if you snipe a sale you can get a really good deal. in "top tier mice" I mean the ones that are basically the same shape as the "standards", superlight 2, viper v3 pro, deathadder v3 pro, etc. Obviously the tech is a bit worse, but we were hitting insane shots on mice 15+ years ago, even the worse mice are 100% good enough. 4k/8k polling doesnt change that much, and thats the major sell of the more expensive mice. I've managed to pick up qck+ for like 10€ on average the last few years, always on sale somewhere. Otherwise a sale on a lgg saturn (standard), zowie gsr (any version you prefer). Qck might not be the longest lasting, but it's usually on a good sale so you never really have to fork out more than AT MOST 40€ a year on it if you're really picky with pad and swap it 4x a year, but most ppl usually keep it for 6-24 months atleast.

Look into Zowie or Vaxee. Great shapes, coating, click quality without the gamer aesthetic. Scroll wheels are on the louder side of that bothers you. But you have a tactile scroll wheel as a trade off
