"it literally took me 45 mins of setup for it to work for my s/o. ... to a normal consumer that just wants a plug & play mouse with simple instructions and a web / dedicated app like G Hub or Razer Synapse, it’s definitely a turn off for most. ... Well the software was easy to find, but it froze up a buncha times, it wasn’t in english and the language setting wasn’t at all easy to find at first, had to look it up, then it wouldn’t detect the mouse & when it did it froze up like 4-5 times ... Disappointed that I found the Janky V Hub first, but it’s still a sub-optimal user experience"

"apply some silicone lube to the plastic parts holding the wheel in place. It will become near silent. ... When I tried it out it really dampened the noise and boosted the scroll feel."
