Look into WLMouse Beast X lineup. It’s basically one of the few Finalmouse competitors rn. I have large hands and the pro is great for any grip style. If u want smaller then the mini, larger then max. It’s a magnesium mouse with 8k polling and capable of 70G while only weighing about 34grams on the mini and 39 for pro, max is about 42

It’s a smaller much lighter mouse. Scyrox V8. Has a higher rear hump that tapers off towards the front like an XM2 just doesn’t have the crazy rear width. WLmouse Beast X 8K Max (or the pro or mini depending on hand size) could also be an endgame mouse for you but it’s expensive (def worth it).

There are many options under 100, steer away from mainstream brands though they are way too expensive for what they provide. Especially stuff like logitech g305, they are very old tech wise. I will give you some recommendations with different price points. Ninjutso Sora 2. Lightest non-combed mice under 100. VXE R1 Pro. Great budget option, Pro version is the one to get not the others. Lamzu mice are overall solid. Endgamegear i think has the best build quality mice, they are a bit more expensive for their tech though. WLMouse Beast X variants are great if you wanna go over budget for something different, it is magnesium. I use VXE R1 Pro and Endgamegear xm2we. XM2we feels superior in build quality but r1 pro is way lighter.

Hi! I mained the M4 for maybe 4 months and it is a great mouse it is IMO king when it comes to aiming with it using your fingers (moving it with your finger i mean not to be confused as aiming with your fingers as in a MZ1 style) however it can fatigue your thumb particularly on long sessions considering everybody's grip is different but that just stood out to me given that I never death grip. performance wise its amazing strong battery life, no sensor skips despite its size its built like a tank, peeps say the stock skates are bad but I always play on glass pads and I feel like glass is forgiving on bad skates however last week i installed the smallest size of esptiger yanzis and they are really good on the M4 (also the only dots small enough to fit on the designated skate area) so it is a very very good mouse PLEASE check Viscose's video on it on Youtube, but if you don't want to commit to a very small shape the Darmoshark M5 pro is a very very good alternative same benefits of being very nimble with your fingers but easier to grip. Also the beast X mini is something I always recommend, one of my mains cant go wrong for ftip grip with best mini as it is also a safe shape. hope this helps [https://imgur.com/a/CZY6FWj](https://imgur.com/a/CZY6FWj)

Just glad to help, and good questions BTW, so as my favorite i would chose the beast x mini could talk about it all day but I'm not going to TL:DR amazing mouse, market disruptor, good performance, "exotic" or "cool" material (at high level mice plastic is just as good weight wise magnesium so don't choose magnesium based off weight) if you can get your hands on the BSPD version literally stupid good clicks, like literally I'm not a "click feel" person, heck I don't even fault the KONE XP AIR for its potato mash clicks which i can feel are very mushy, but he clicks on the BSPD version of the beast x mini are just an experience (outside of them any switches are fine to me so just take that into account, THE best feet for glass I've ever used like I've never cared about mouse feet before the beast mini but dude the feet on it a couple days ago I told someone on here I've had mine on for a year and they still freaking glide like air hokey table, Those skates alone had me buying tons of skates i don't even want just looking for replacements, having dais that they are quite noisy on glass which I don't mind, so it ranks as my first b/c its great and also does not ask you to "compromise" as the M4 or M5 it could be said those ask you to compromise b/c they don't have a big hump or are small or have a narrow middle section. I said i wasn't going to talk about the bast x but oh well, next question, i don't feel like i have an end game heck these are the mice sitting on my desk ATM i have more in a drawer. is not that i don't like them i like them all so i prob use 3 different mice every day, for what is worth i gravitate toward smaller mice and very good side buttons for when i need to "lock in" (Atlantis mini, beast x mini and MZ! are my most used mice I'll never miss an opportunity to tell folks to check out egg shape mice like Zaopin Z1. and last question I think the M5 is better than the M54 in general b/c it doesn't ask too much from you, by that I mean that if you don't mind investing in the difficulties of the M4 you'll be fine. What are the difficulties of the M4? 1st very small small shape and therefore strain on long sessions (if you have tiny hands might not be an issue and 2nd it is so small that it can easily move when you use the side buttons it is a compromise i made but I always prefer to have my escape/clutch/very important time sensitive ability mapped to the side buttons and pressing the side buttons on the M4 will throw off your aim, caveat i play on high sens and that maybe mitigate don lower sens but important to keep in mind this mouse will only shine on high sens, if the side buttons are not important to you as they are to me then you should be fine esp if you have tiny hands [https://imgur.com/a/9bK3DJZ](https://imgur.com/a/9bK3DJZ)

Went from a deathadder v3 pro, to a gpx2 to a, beast x mini. Obviously finger tipped the mini, but also finger tipped the other two mice in a relaxed claw/pincer claw kind of way. I had to get off the mini, and go back to the gpx it’s just too narrow, cramped my hand, and was way too unstable. I wanted to try something smaller than the gpx.

Fingertip can be pretty good when using the OP1. For my experience, it has been amazing, aside from my palm brushing up against the hump accidentally. I am going for the BeastX Mini due to the hump being more centered towards the mouse. I have small hands myself, and I am very excited to try to get it this Christmas

Stick to 1K/2K for better battery. **Q**: Best grip style? **A**: Claw (18+cm hands) or fingertip (even larger hands), can even palm if that is what you prefer, so it is versatile. Let me know your thoughts if you've tried this mouse! Any questions welcome. *Disclaimer: Contains affiliate discount code (helps support my reviews)*, However; I have purchased this mouse with my own money.

Yeah for this reason I can't really recommend Finalmouse to the general consumer, when WLmouse have the exact same shape with better QC and just a few grams heavier. A few years ago Finalmouse were the innovators pushing the boundary on weight these days they're like the supreme of gaming mice.

And even then a few grams heavier doesn't really apply anymore when the ULX Comp/Prophecies are shipping with nearly same weight as the current Beast X lineup. My ULX Comp clocked in at 37g with Artisan dot skates and my new main the Beast X Mini Pro is also clocking in at 37g. My Hyperlight clocks in at 40g flat with 4 dots and my Viper V3 Pro clocks at 54g with full skates.

As someone with an insanely responsive system (9800x3d CPU and extremely fast RAM custom tuned and timing tightened) and a 480hz OLED monitor, I literally cannot tell the difference between my beast x mini pro with motion sync on or off at any polling rate above 1k. Can't notice it either going to my Viper V3 Pro at any similar polling rate. And all the friends that I know, some of whom are disgustingly better than even me, also cannot tell the difference, because it usually ends up being around a half millisecond difference. And if you claim you can tell the difference of HALF A MILLISECOND, please contact your local university hospital because you need to be studied cause it means your reaction time and time perception is probably better than any other human on earth.

r/MouseReview • What take on mice will have you like this? ->
Reddit Icon
Disturbed2468 • 27 days ago

Technically yes but for Endgame Gear that would be a literal non-issue for 2 reasons. 1, their Kailh GX switches use SPDT tech, so there's a mode you can activate where it basically requires the switch be activated in a specific way that prevents double clicking, and 2, they literally market you being able to open up the mouse and swap out the switches for new ones by changing the daughterboard with packs they sell online. Makes it customizable. The OP1 series is what allows this. Otherwise if you don't wanna go for an OP1 8Kv2 or OP1W 4Kv2, can also recommend a Superlight 2c for the size (fantastic for ftip which surprised me). WLmouse BeastX series is also fantastic for ftip but the side buttons do sit a bit far forward.

Beast X Pro. I felt I got shafted with the OG release since they teased 8K polling rate and never updated it. Also the battery life was shit and firmware updates ended really early into the lifecycle. Still, I loved the shape and gave the Pro a second chance. It's damn close to a perfect mouse. Build quality is something else and it performs fantastic.

Only one other person said it so I'll repeat it. WL Mouse Beast X mini. I've used a couple dozen higher end mice, the beast x mini is the winner and it's not very close. There are multiple sizes so check your hands size and grip style. The regular beast X is too big for me even though i have large hands. I use a relaxed claw so the mini is perfect.

I can't believe nobody else said it yet. I've used dozens of higher end mice (i do light auction trading) and the beast x mini is my favorite mouse by a huge margin. Ironically i have big hands, but with my lazy claw grip the mini is the perfect size. Weirdly enough shout out to the lofree touch pbt mouse. It looks uncomfortable as hell but it's a great daily driver at work.

Im using either a WLMouse Beast X Max or Sword they have a shell made out of magnesium with some really solid clicks especially on the Beast. Generally you wanna get a mouse that is fairly light and with good clicks, it makes it way easier to aim because you get less inertia moving the thing around. There are a lot of mice brands around nowadays, id go with a wireless mouse because getting rid of the cable will make a huge difference Although i would avoid Logitech since their mice just keep giving up, either it starts to double click or the sensor starts skipping... Especially for the price it's not worth it You might also wanna consider what surface you're playing on and what mouse skates you use the combination of the two can change how easily and smoothly your mouse glides. I myself have started using glass mouse pads recently they are generally pretty sensitive to what skates you use and they do eat some less durable skates But they can feel really smooth and the pad itself will not degrade over time like a cloth pad will i personally like it so far.

We definitely are at peak. The sensors are so good to the point where you can’t even tell the difference with just the naked human eye. A mouse and more to come eventually where you can adjust the increments of your dpi by just 1 dpi at a time. Mice weighing below 40 grams with polling rates high enough it drains the heck out of your battery or it’ll cause heavy stutters, especially if it’s not high polling rate friendly. The clicks on all the mice I’ve tried, GPX 2, viper v3 pro, beastx max, and Lamzu Atlantis…. They all felt the same latency wise. The only mice where I’ve clicked and felt like the quickness of its latency was the xm2w 4k and op1 8k. Even zowies mice dw series clicks feel just about the same as any other new release latency wise even though it’s higher than normal on paper. But guess what, that’s on paper and we aren’t computers lol. The race to see who’s mice are better than the other are fun but in reality… something we don’t want to admit is they are all basically the same thing but with different shapes and different weights. It all comes down to how it’s implemented. It’s crazy to hear we live in a day that people legitimately call 60 gram mice heavy. If it continues they’ll soon start calling mice 50 grams heavy lol

EXACTLY the same problems as myself. I've tried a bunch of other shapes for my grip (pure fingertip/relaxed fingertip) like beast x mini, x2v2 mini, Atlantis mini, xlite v3 mini, and none came close to the feeling and aim potential the g305 gives me. the only mouse that worked similarly so far is the zaopin z1 pro, which is the only one I didn't sell and been maining since I switched off the g305. though, still waiting for a proper lightweight, good sensor and switches g305 clone (ATK please make one) so I can compare with the z1 pro.

I have 21cm length hands and have to fingertip grip most mice. I have all the small mice like the HSK Pro, HTR, Darmodhark M5, OP1 and more. I can BARELY claw my G403 with my fingers almost hanging off the front of the mouse, so even though we have large hands I think it’s best we use small mice with FLAT SIDES. Or at least flatish. The curves really get in the way of the thumb imo. I recently got the pulsar crazylight and adore it for fingertip. It has nice flat sides, and enough height and length for my thumb. It also has a lack of a “hip” in the back which is nice. As a bonus it’s also 35g. I also have the Beast X Mini otw and think I will like that one but can’t say yet Also the other guy is right I cut out blanks of supergrips to fit any mouse I use, helps a lot with fingertip grip.

I have the beast x mini, I find it way to thin in the middle due to the hour glass shape. I recommend getting the regular or max size to fingertip (I use PMM vortex which is the medium size) I probably get the most fingertip use out of my Crazylight because of the flat sides feeling much more comfortable because it adds back some width.

Pwnage's website is phenomenal, but this was such a quiet release. Solid sides, cool name, lots of accessories, good specs & shape, but $149 price tag kills it for me. Agreed on the scroll wheel rubber. It's one reason I prefer my BeastX Max over my normal BeastX. I'm curious - what made you want to buy it? Personally, I've dismissed the mouse after discovering Omron Opticals can be [soldered into my Delux M800 Ultra](https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/1h3wc0p/omron_opticals_in_delux_m800_ultra/). I just got mine in and didn’t like it at first but after maining it for a bit it’s a lot nicer than my Logitech super light 1. I got the solid sides version and use the included grip tape and glass skates. Just need to clean the mousepad so it glides smoother but I’m liking it a lot

I think it is one of the best bang for buck super light mice. Good material, lots of options, functional software, come with several glass and poly mouse skates in the box.

i dont get any results either, there aren't many mice on there. I have roughly L 160mm by W 70mm hands. I personally use a beast x mini, which is a L 116 mm W 58 mm H 35 mm. The V3 Basilisk is L 130.0 mm W 75.0 mm H 42.5 mm. Your hands are probably 220mm to 230mm in length based on the image. So you would probably want a mouse between 180mm to 190mm in length.

Imo no the mouse is bigger for fingertip so I recommend a small mouse or an actual fingertip mouse. For a small mouse - x2 cl, mchose l7, beast x mini. Fingertip mouse - darmoshark m5/air, keychron m4, pulsar x2f.

My Superlight 2 is still good, but I replaced it with a WL Mouse Beast X after a few months and still love the WL. Now the weight and stiff buttons feel off on the Superlight 2. I also don't know if it's related, but the first three Superlight 1 were all white, and the last RMA they sent a black one and that's the one still working fine. Probably just weird coincidence, but others with the white and pink complained about the same issue online when I was looking it up at the time. So now I've kinda tinfoiled myself on only the black one being reliable lol

I've had my WL Beast X mouse for over a year, and other than lower than I'd like battery life it's been great. The scroll wheel especially feels crisp and "notchy" if that makes sense? Helps me feel the response to strafing better. Longevity was my main concern since it's a newer company, but even after a year no issues and everything is still responsive. Also after going with such a light mouse everything else feels too heavy 😬

I have 16cm hand and I have beast x mini, darmoshark M2 and Lamzu maya, here my review, you can skip it to the end if you don’t care All of them are good choice, if you like thinner waist to squeeze the mouse a bit definitely go for the beast x mini, as they are a finalmouse clone (far more affordable and better quality imo) Darmoshark M2 is another good choice which if you like an all around shape, just that the holes on the mouse isn’t really well done, beast x mini handles the skeleton edge really well (depends on your grip type, the edge of the skeleton might scratch your hand, the edge isn’t sharp enough to make you bleed tho) Lamzu maya is the mouse that I had to get used to, if you are not used to wider waist like me you might need to spend few days to get used to it, still a solid mouse if you don’t like holes, really lightweight also Based on your pick, beast x mini and M5 micro might be the best choice you’ve got, can’t comment on the fingertip grip only mouse since I do claw grip and I don’t own any of them

Imo if you're already paying $100 for a mouse go a bit more and get a magnesium chasis with better switches that aren't going to start double clicking like 100% of logitech's do. WLmouse Beast X or something similar. It's a better mouse and you're not going to have to scrap it in 6 months to 2 years or solder in new switches or RMA it due to the switches. There's a ton of great mouse options now, check r/mousereview

Oh yeah, those same still exist today. I used one for the longest time, but they always had cheap switches and broke very easily. Earlier this year my logitech mouse actually started to develop a misclick. And I went to a magnesium wlmouse. I can't really speak for longevity because I obviously haven't owned the mouse for an entire year yet, but it still feels like it did brand new and holy cow. It's probably the most impressive mouse i've ever owned. The mouse fits like a glove for me and works perfect for my hand and the way I grip. The gaming mouse market is just absolutely insane with how much competition and various sets of mice are available for the general public. A lot of the name brands have stagnated in so many ways that it's amazing to see all these small offshoots pop up with such insane products.

Ty for the review. However, as an owner of both beast x mini pro with holes on the side and tempered with solid sides, I think both have better, lighter clicks than hitscan hyperlight. After getting my hands on the mini pro and maining it for 3 weeks straight cuz I loved it so much, the clicks on my other mice, such as the hyperlight and trinity cf felt cheaper and heavy, although both were pretty good when I got them that it shocked me how much I've gotten used to the mini pro. Though, this may not translate to the other sizes of the beastx mouse. Also, on an unrelated note, I think I prefer Sora v2's omron implementation over Hyperlight's.

I have no idea how I started down this rabbit hole, but I am here. I'm currently maining op1we and love almost everything about it, just wish it was a tad lighter. I switch it up with the beast x mini, but the scroll wheel is So stiff for me that its sold alot of games (skill issue, I know) I'm really wanting to try the hitscan hyperlight. Wondering if it might be my true end game 🤔 Tried: Gpx: too big Sora v2: hump is too obnoxious Orochi v2: hump too obnoxious Model o: too cheap feeling, gave to my kid

Recently got the WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered after wanting another ULX but not wanting to deal with terrible QC again. The mouse feels really good and I'm thoroughly enjoying, it might even become my main! I don't normally do reviews but if I was to quickly go through the main points of a mice it would be as follows. Clicks - Feel pretty good, probably the 2nd best omron opticals I've felt right behind the Hitscan Hyperlight. I wish they were slightly lighter but they are not heavy at all. OP1 still has the best clicks for me, compared to the ULX they don't feel as spammable but I honestly prefer them over the ULX. Coating - Better than I expected, I thought this mouse was going to be slippery but it's really not that bad although I would probably use mouse grips with it but I'm trying not to because I like the way it looks as is. Coating is much better than the ULX where I feel like my fingers slide all over that mouse. Shape - This is why you would get this mouse, this shape is such a good shape. I play fingertip / claw grip with 19x10 hand size and this shape is just so good for that. The slight indent on the left side lets you dig your thumb in and have really good control of the mouse. I don't enjoy super small fingertip mice so along with the Hitscan Hyperlight this is up there with my favorite "fingertip" mice for me. Build Quality - This is why you would get this mouse over the ULX. The build quality is so much better than the ULX. There's no flexing, creaking, or anything like that just a normal solid mouse. Overall I highly recommend this mouse especially if you are someone who wants a finalmouse ULX. I really would say to just get this mouse instead as it just makes so much more sense. Mice in background (left to right) - Pulsar X2, ULX, Lamzu Maya X, OP1w 4k, Pulsar X2 Crazylight, Hitscan Hyperlight.

I'll be honest I have not been able to stop using this mouse since I got it, I think the shape works really well for me. Sometimes I do use the Hitscan hyperlight & Lamzu Maya when I want a specific aiming style but the WL mouse has just been so goated. The problem for me with the OP1W & Crazylight are that honestly they are too small for my hands, the OP1W also is just too heavy for my liking. I would say if you have smaller hands than mine (19.68x8.89cm) then those 2 mice can also work really well, I especially like the crazylight.
