3M - WorkTunes Connect Wireless Hearing Protector

I have a pair of 3M WorkTunes Connect Wireless headphones. They are bluetooth so you can play noise to them. They are heavy on the head, but they will block all noise, even w/out the bluetooth sound. Also I have a couple of small bluetooth speakers I play the sound of rain on. Oddly, this seems to work. The existence if the rain sound seems to suck up all other sound. I put it right near my ear/s. It doesn't need to be loud. This is the technique I generally use.

3m work tunes would be great

Yes. Same batteries in mine for 2 years. Left in unheated garage in ontarios snow belt. Used prob 2 times a week for 20 mins on average throughout the year. Great product

Sony XM6 are the best headphones out there and are made for long wear time. I have the XM5’s which are excellent. However, when I want true hearing protection, I go to my 3M Worktunes.

Heavy and uncomfortable for me

I have a pair of these and they’re great. I particularly like the water resistant feature and will use them when snow blowing rather than my Bose QC. Both noise cancellers work well so the decision really boils down to the possibility of moisture while I work.

Mine hold up just fine. I charge them sporadically and then hang them on the snowblower in a heated garage. The Bose generally live in the center console of my truck. Both hold up to the cold without issue. I usually do my driveway, sidewalks, hit a nice track in the backyard so the dogs can run around and chase each other, then head over to a neighbor’s house to do her driveway and sidewalks. I also make a nice path down the side of each house so a service tech can easily get to the exterior gas meter in case of emergency.

Interesting. I haven’t had an issue with mine and have owned them for multiple years. Perhaps a particular model was suspect? Glad you found something that works for you though. Having a connection constantly drop would be frustrating.

When it’s very loud I use my 3m worktunes. They are great but get pretty hot. Otherwise I have a cheap pair of ear buds from Amazon that don’t have anc but they work really well as far as blocking noise.

These are the best the dont hurt my head at all and i wear glasses. And the audio is great and juwt the one button works great as wel. The mine usb is a bit anoying since evryting else is usbC these days
