briandemodulatedI've seriously got my eyes on the AIAIAI TMA-2 Wireless. By default they're on-ear but all their headphones are modular so you can swap the earcups for over-ear for just a few bucks. You can save a bunch if you don't need wireless, plus you can replace the headband later to make them wireless. I love that everything is modular. If anything breaks you can replace that one specific part.
