I used to have a pair of Beats Studio 3 that did a decent job. But the headband broke.....cheap shit plastic. I had an old pair of iPhone wired ear buds that I used as an emergency backup. 1 year later I still haven't bothered asking for a replacement. I'm used to these now and honestly the sound quality from my mic is better than people with $500 Bose headsets. The only downside is I can't get up and pace around during meetings.

might be just me,but i have the studio 3’s from beats. haven’t failed me for 3 ish years now. never wiped em (yea i’m dirty/lazy) but i sweat like crazy. only thing that’s “bad” after 3 years is that the adjuster is loose.

I’m looking at getting the ch720ns on sale for $130 Canadian. I just bought the soundcore q20i on sale for 50$ Canadian but I honestly don’t like how they sound, especially when I’m listening to podcasts and stuff. Most of my listening is podcasts and when I listen to music I tend to listen to alternative and hip hop. The sound of voices on the q20i’s just sounds nowhere near as nice and natural as listening on my AirPods Pro 2s. The music also isn’t that great. I used to have the beats studio 3 and those sounded much better, but the q20i is much more comfortable to be fair which is very important for me. Anyone have advice for me on what I can pic up below 150$ Canadian? The wh ch 720n is on sale for 130$ Canadian and that seems like the best deal, I would love to get skullcandy crushers as well on sale for $130 Canadian but from what I can tell the skullcandy crusher evo sounds pretty trash and the skullcandy crusher anc 2 which seems to actually sound quite good and not just be about the gimmicky base costs too much for me right now as they aren’t on sale. I like a warmer natural tone and somewhat good anc is important to me.

Well Sony ch720n are like 269.99$ Cdn without sale so those aren’t really super cheap. I could go up to 250Cdn to get Beats Studio pro as I had Beats Studio 3 and those sounded quite good. My dream headphones for anc over ear are the Bose qc ultra 2 but those are like $500 even with the sale.

That’s what I’m saying beats Studio 3 sounded quite good compared to my AirPods Pro’s, but the soundcore doesn’t. I’m hoping the Sony ch720n will sound better because I ordered them on a sale and they come today. Otherwise maybe I’ll get the Beats Studio pros or sennheiser momentum 4s but those are an extra $150 at 280$ Canadian on sale right now 470$ when not on sale.

i have small ears. i used to wear airpods a few years ago and they constantly slid out, i was always readjusting them and shoving them back into my ears. at that point it starts hurting. started using beats studio 3s and they are a lot more comfortable, sound quality is better, adjustable, and never get smelly lol!

I have the XM5s and I think they clamp a ton less than the Beats Studio 3s I had before them, they don’t bother me at all

I am losing my mind. I have tried Bose quietcomfort 45, ultra, and ultra 2, Sony XM4, Beats Studio3 (2017). * Beats Studio3 were my favorite, with bassy sound, soft earcups, and decent battery life. Though, they were an older model and were not ANC * Bose QC45 would've been perfect if not for the clamping force, I really liked the size and depth of the earcups. * Same clamping force issue with Bose Ultra 1 & 2, love the look and the controls, but I couldn't wear either for any amount of time without a headache. * Sony XM4, again close to perfect, really enjoyed the sound quality, but my ears touched the drivers due to cup depth, and I hate the touch controls; I need physical buttons. Next on my list to try are Beats Studio Pro, but I heard they changed the earcups so theyre not as soft as the Studio3s. Then Skullcandy Crusher 2, but I heard they have a cheap feel. Airpods Max are out of the ruling because of the weight and the ANC makes my head hurt. Some one please put me out of my misery and tell me what headphones to buy.

I need advice on which headphones to buy. About 3 years ago I had Beats Studio3. I actually liked them. They were good for me but they came broken and were pretty old. Right now I daily use Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. I am trying to decide between Sony XM4 and XM5 and I found a few different deals. • Sony XM5 on OfferUp for 150. No box and no accessories. I would meet the seller and test them. • Sony XM5 refurbished at Target for about 160. Comes with the case and everything. • Sony WH 1000XM5SA on eBay for about 149. Open box with the original box but I do not think it comes with the case. • Sony XM4 on OfferUp for about 140 with the box and charger. Things I care about. • good noise canceling for school and studying • comfort for long listening • Good sound quality better than Beats and Galaxy buds 2 pro. • something that will last For people who have used XM4 and XM5, which one should I buy based on these options.
