It has to be the Baseus Inspire XH1. I didn't buy them when they first launched, but the Bose tuning definitely caught my eye. I finally decided to grab the black version for $99 earlier this month. They are honestly shocking. You get that signature warm, comfortable Bose sound and solid ANC for a fraction of the price of the flagships. Easily the best value purchase I made this year!
Of your list I have tried the Baseus, Sonys and Soundcore Q45. The Sonys are very light and comfortable. Sound is reasonably good and is customisable through the EQ on the Sony app. ANC is decent though not on the level of the more premium models. They do not fold up (though do fold flat) and do not come with any sort of case though so if you want a case you will need to buy one separately. Build quality might appear a little flimsy due to their light weight. However, I have had my pair for three years and they remain my "beater" pair for exercise and doing work around the house and have yet to have a problem with them. The Soundcore Q45s I personally found very uncomfortable and they hurt my head after a short time of using them. Sound also had some weird tinny aspect to it. I have never tried the Space One or Q30s but people seem to like them and I have read that they are better than the Q45. They do come with a hardshell case and do fold up though. I have the Baseus on my head right now. They are very comfortable and sound good. Bose collaborated with Baseus on the tuning of these. Of the three headphones these are the best sounding and have the best build quality IMO. These also come included with a nice hardshell case and the headphones fold down into it. Overall I would recommend the Baseus Inspire XH1 as the most "premium" headphone out of the three. The Sonys are also decent and are quite a bit cheaper than the Baseus now. However, they feel more like a "cheaper" headphones than the Baseus does - and do not fold up or have a case included. I would not recommend the Soundcore Q45. I hope this is helpful to you, and you are happy with whatever headphone you choose. 👍
Bose and baseus recently did a tuning collab on a pair called Inspire XH1. I bought it a month ago for a trip and mainly use it on planes and for commuting. The ANC is great, and the earpads are really soft so they don’t press on my ears. I also really like the sound, especially the bass, it feels full and warm. Its Black Friday price surprised me today. It dropped about 50 dollars from the original price. I’m thinking of getting another one for my brother as a Christmas gift.
It's comfy, soft ear pads, good coverage, the Baseus XH1. ANC works well enough for me. I can’t hear the noise unless someone is right in front of me.
Picked up the blue ones, sound and comfort are solid
Not as good as Sony xm5, but better than sennheiser momentum 4, so maybe 80%
I’ve been using the XH1’s for a month now. When I first got them I spent a good hour comparing them to my xm4’s and immediately noticed the difference in bass meaning the bass isn’t as deep or punchy as the xm4’s. This was surprising to me since every reviewer video I’ve seen said the XH1’s are very bassy. Overall I’m very pleased with the XH1’s especially at the sale price I got them for around $100. I didn’t like the phone call quality on the xm4’s and the call quality on the XH1’s are very good.
I don’t think the q45 is a great pick. The call quality is pretty average and it’s not very durable. In the same price range, I’d look at the baseus xh1. The overall quality is better. It has four ANC modes. When I work from home and it gets noisy, I use the outdoor mode at level five and I can’t hear anything around me. For calls it auto adjusts and your voice comes through clearly.
Baseus Inspire XH1 (~$100) is actually my very first pair of over-ear headphones. I honestly don't know much about technical specs, but I saw it had Bose tuning and decided to give it a shot. Now I finally understand why these big brands are so famous because the tuning really does make a huge difference. The music just sounds "right" compared to what I'm used to. Plus I have a pretty big head and these fit perfectly without feeling tight at all.
