As an autistic person I wear my headphones 24/7 to dull noise and I’m working on my stretching journey. Personally I recommend these guys, they really kind of cup the ear instead of just sitting against it which I appreciate and the sound quality is great. I like to play my music pretty loud and as far as I can tell there’s little to no sound leakage when you have them on.
