+one for these, ive got them and had nothing but good things to say.
beyerdynamic makes a couple good models for gamers, the mmx 200 wireless and the mmx 300 pro wired. it's an actual audio brand that isn't about marketing or flashy design or rgb
I have mmx300 pro which are the closed backs version, insane mic in both of these. I switched from dt990 pro and the difference is noticable, on positive way obviously when it comes to characteristics, in both games and Music are just more enjoyable, i guess they re not that harsh like 990 ones, and the sound quality is on the same level or even better. Got it a bit cheaper than msrp around 220usd in PL and Im really happy about them.
I may be a bit late but the MMX 300 pros are just insane i play fps games and mostly R6 and ill never switch to a other headset again. But id like to know what you got in the end
Instead of plugging into the controller, Would you get better sound quality from a dongle dac and plugging into the ps5 console? I have Beyerdynamic mmx300 pro headset and the sound quality even plugging into the controller is amazing
I have Beyer Dynamic’s MMX 300 pro headset and it plugs into the controller. Insane sound quality, hearing things I never heard in the games before. Very immersive.
Beyerdynamic mmx300 pro shits on everything
Thank you for the lists, forgot to tell you that I have been using 560s for years pairing with k11, but as you mentioned I feel that the imaging is less precise, soundstage is excellent, so I’m looking for more precise in imaging. I also got the mmx pro 300 which has the same driver as DT770, I believe. But the imaging is less precise than 560s at least to me. So yeah, looking for an upgrade.
