Unpopular opinion: Any hifi headphone will be enough. I spent months researching on reddit what headphone should I get and long story short, it was a waste of time. I ended up buying wireless headphones (Bowers and Wilkins) and they are amazing even though nobody recommend them for gaming. Just buy the one that you like best. Here you will jump around beyerdynamics, senheiser, audio technica, hifiman, sony and many more. All of that just to be even more lost than the beginning. Any hifi headphone over 200usd will be good. You will loose your mind if you constantly see all the reviews that people recommend because for every each one of them, there is a thread that says how bad they are, or how one has this and the other doesn't, just to end up on another thread saying the complete opposite because they are amazing. The only advice that I would give to you is don't buy headphones that are made for gaming if you want hifi quality headphone sound. Also, build quality and comfort it's just not there. The only point in favor is the mic, but you can easily get an external mic, and it will be way cheaper.

Quite a list you have! I'm only familiar with a few of them on your list, but here's my thought on them * Momentum 4 - Best sounding of all sub-$500 wireless that I've tried. These are the most accurate and balanced. What's the catch? The ANC is rather weak when compared to other brands' flagships. They also don't fold up so they take up more space when taking on the go. * Sony XM6 - Bass cannon. So much bass it hurts the clarity, but it's also a lot of fun to listen to. These also have the best ANC in the market right now. I wear them in a Starbucks and felt quiet like in my own living room. They also fold up which helps when taking them on the go. * Bose QC Ultra (not sure which gen I tried) is between the Momentum 4 and the Sony XM6. Better sound than XM6 but not as good as Momentum. Worse ANC than XM6 but better than Momentum. * Bowers & Wilkins products - yeah they sounded good when I tried them on, but didn't shine in any particular aspect. If I wanted a pair like this I'd have gone with the Bose instead and save some $$$. * AKG and Beyerdynamic make some really good traditional studio headphones, but I wouldn't buy their wireless sets. You mentioned that you prefer earbuds. If you still have another $100 to spare, check out wired earbuds too. You'd be blown away by their sound quality. I recommend either the Moondrop Aria 2 or Truthear Hexa.

Ears sweat when workout. I put my old Bower n Wilkins P7. I heard those snap really easy/fragile.

I would take a look at Bowers & Wilkins (Px8?) I have some P7 (not wireless) and they have a really good, meaty bass but not overpowering like the Sony headphones I've used, but likely not as good at ANC (I've read that Sony is generally one of, if not, the best at that). Personally I'm not much of a bass-head and I really like the Shure Aonic 50. They have bass but are definitely the most neutral of the 3.
