So I do mostly game a lot, so headphones that are good in FPS games and singleplayer games is something im looking for but at the same time im looking for headphones that can play music that sound really good. My budget is around $300. Mic is of course not needed but if it has a good sounding one i would prefer that and if no mic, something compatible with a boom microphone would really be appreciated. I have ordered the Virtuoso pro's because they were on sale for about $100, and im going to test them but I found out that they really were'nt that good compared to what's on the market. So advice on what to buy would really help. I will try to answer any questions that could help narrow possible choises so please, ask away. Thank you * **Budget** \- $300 (USD) * **Source** \- PC * **Requirements for Isolation** \- No perticular requirements, will mostly be using these at home and never out in public. * **Will you be using these Headphones in Public? - No** * **Preferred Type of Headphone** \- On ear * **Preferred tonal balance** \- For music I like a lot of base. But because I play a lot of games I do want headphones that will be good for that aswell. * **Past headphones** \- Only cheap ones, and I mean really cheap ones for like $20 and no popular company to even mention either because no one knows about them. * **Preferred Music** \- Rap and Hiphop, anything with really good beats. * **What would you like to improve on from your set-up** \- More bass, a better music experience, getting more out of my singleplayer games on the sound side, hearing more footsteps in FPS games.
Scena super i pozycjonowanie
Non-planar route, If you want gaming headphones with a mic, corsair virtuoso pro's are actually really nice in my opinion. Graphene drivers, open back, mic isn't as good as the original virtuoso's but still decent. For non "gaming" headphones I'm using dt770 pro's and sennheiser hd600 and love them both.
Did you mess arounds with EQs? Im about to receive mine and I'm unsure if they're good to go for gaming as soon as I get them. Heard so many good things about them I had to buy them because I was so sick of using my Corsair Virtuoso. I could barely hear footsteps in fps games.
Corsair HS80 max or virtuoso is my rec Don't get the pulse it has poor build quality and underwhelming battery life
So ON ear headphones press on the shell of the ear. OVER ear headphones rest against the skull around the ear. If you get a large-cupped over ear model, it will only interact with your glasses by pressing the frame right in front of the ear - but that spot can be less sensitive than the shell of the ear getting sandwiched. I see the headphones you mention, the logitech g432, they should be over ear BUT the inner space of the ear cup looks small - might be too small for your ears. Also if your skull is larger you want to have a bit less clamp force. I wear some corsair virtuoso - they are wireless convertible, and the ear cups are fully round. So I can put them on and shift them about until the rounded back edge is just behind the shell of my ear. Also the ear cups swivel nicely, and I twist them a bit so they are tighter behind the ear and looser at the front, where they touch my glasses arm.
