So I bought these thinking they were some amazing headphones and honestly they are mid. The big let down is no app or equalizer to fine tune them. I can say they are comfortable and the sound is decent and they have all the same connections as a regular headset but are not worth 150 bucks. These are like 60 bucks top and will get the job done but definitely not like any of my other headsets along that price. They also took much longer to come in than they initially said. There's also no noise canceling it just fits over your ears well and cuts noise that way. In short there's much better headsets out there than this one and buyer beware they are overpriced.

Pros- it has good auto for fps games like arc raiders and cod

the battery life is good last like 20 ish hours.
Cons- Cable is short for plugging it in to other mics (i have a elgato wave 3)
It doesnt come with a charging port for a usb c to charging block.
Mic quality is ass, my friends told me it sounds like toasterive had it for 1 week and auto is cutting in and outthe usb c port on headset is to big so the usb c is loose.
when loading in a game when bluetooth it will connect to a differnt setting on headset i have to turn headset off turn it back on wait for bluetooth to turn back on and prey it will return better auto.
overall do not recommend 1/10
I was purchased this headset as a Christmas present from my wife. I have an Xbox X series and the wireless dongle doesn't work for it. Being advertised as Wireless and then having to have it wired to the controller through the 3.5mm headjack is cheeks. I am playing mainly Arc Raiders right now and the Anvil (50 cal. handcannon) with a decent suppressor sounds like it is blowing the headphones to pieces (crackling and cutting out).
There is no way to really "tune" the headset either. My party said I sound clear, just far away.
The Volume has to be turned ALL the way up on the headset to hear your surroundings and then when I shoot my pistol it feels like a banshee is shrieking in my ear.
1/10. Simply gets a 1 because it is comfortable.
My wife purchased me this headset GX7 Pro for Christmas to replace the headset I've had since 2016. She "researched" the headset and it was "voted best gaming headset of 2025" without any receipts. The headset wasn't wirelessly compatible with the Xbox Series X like advertised and even when plugged in to the 3.5mm headjack the sound quality was terrible. I was playing Arc Raiders and the Anvil WITH a level 2 suppressor was so loud it was making the headset crackle and the noise was piercing. I began to initiate a return as the headset wasn't going to work for my needs and they provided the return address 101 W Cypress St #N Kissimmee, FL 34741. I Google Mapped it and it was an AZ Thrift Store. I emailed back their Support and was informed that address was indeed correct and that it was "The location is one of our partner facilities, and returned items sent there are handled on our behalf. In many cases, products are donated through this partner, which helps us reduce waste while still properly closing out returns." I sent it via UPS and required a signature upon delivery. The return delivery was denied and UPS states "The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery." I called the phone number associated with the AZ Thrift Store business location and was informed that he did indeed deny the package and that he has received many of them that he has denied receipt. He had no idea who the GamoSeries company was nor was he aware that they were using the storefront address in the scam. My wife got scammed for $149.00 + shipping for this headset and trying to get refunded minus the "restocking" fee I wasted another $22.00 dollars. Dishonest people and a terrible product.
