My whole company uses Jabra Engage 75 wireless headsets. The microphone is phenomenal. Even moving the microphone away a few inches from my mouth makes me inaudible to people on the call, they don't hear ANYTHING besides me talking. I've literally cleaned out the dishwasher, used the bathroom and vacuumed my place while using them on a work call and nobody heard anything. However, they are not noise cancelling on your end, so that might be a problem.
