Jabra Engage 75. You want DECT and not Bluetooth if you're a pacer. Its got much better range. I can walk all over with mine.
I have a Plantronics 8210, Yealink WH64, and Jabra Engage 75. The Jabra blows them all away, better functionality, sound quality, and especially comfort. Jabra is the only one I could wear all day, the Yealink is tolerable for occasional use and the Plantronics is unbearable, the ear cushion gets very hot. Consider DECT if you need the range or have to compete for Bluetooth bandwidth.
Jabra Engage 75, best ever.
I've been using the Jabra Engage 75 for years, nothing but good things to say about it. Like the worse thing that happened was the earcup wore out so I got a new one. I'm also deeply impressed with the Yealink BH76plus. I use that when it's super loud because the noise cancellation (both what I hear and the other side hears) is unmatched - it's like having a private convo. The only thing I don't like is 2 ear coverage with that one, but it's needed for the ANC to work.
Jabra Engage 75. Its available in stereo or mono, but I prefer mono so I have an ear free to listen to people in my house without needing to take the headset off repeatedly. Base station supports USB and Bluetooth devices (as well as RJ11 for desk phones, not that I've ever used that) so I can connect to my laptop's dock and mobile phone at the same time. DECT so you can wander away from your desk (I regularly walk out to my yard and its still connected). Good integration with Teams or Zoom, but I can't speak for other apps.
Last call centre in worked in supplied Jabra Engage 75. They were pretty good for everything you mentioned
The last call centre I worked in supplied Jabra Engage 75, they are a little pricey but very comfortable & quite versatile, they are stereo with a mute button on the mouthpiece.
