Yes, in this environment noise cancelling microphones are even more important than the noise cancelling on your end. The best two I have used are the Jabra Evolve 75 UC and the Poly Savi 8220. The Jabra are bluetooth to a tiny dongle that can live in your laptop if you're careful. The Poly is WDECT to a large desktop base. The range on WDECT is much better, but the portability is worse. Potentially important if you're using a WeWork space with possible hotdesking.

I have a Jabra Evolve 75 with a charging dock for exactly this purpose (I have others for high quality music listening) and it does exactly what she needs, and it does it fantastically. It should fit in your budget. It is really a purpose built work tool.

Jabra Evolve series for Teams works out. 65,75 series are made for this purpose.

Jabra Evolve 75. Pricy, but I use mine every day for work and person use. Best clarity, mute by flipping the mic.

Agreed! That's why I didn't get the Evolve2 75 (loved my Evolve 75, though). I would try the 85 but it's a little pricey and I don't really like headphones with moderate clamping force. I always try to go with the lightest possible. Gives me headaches otherwise.

I use Jabra Evolve 75 SE, and they're awesome for calls. I love Jabra because of the natural sidetone – even though they're ANC on-ear headphones, you can hear yourself perfectly. I've heard good things about Plantronics Focus, but haven't tried them. If you're on calls and don't talk much, over-ear headphones are comfy, but the mic and call quality aren't that great.

I've got a Jabra Evolve 75 and it seems to do the job well. Looks like it's an older model now though. I really like how moving the microphone up mutes it, and also the usb receiver rather than messing around with Bluetooth
