I work in a lively office with zero sound baffling and my Jabra Evolve 75s work great

I have a Jabra evolve 75 from circa 2020 that is still going strong. The newer gen ones seem good too.

I had an evolve 75 but the mic finally went in it so I switched to the plantronics VFocus2. I like them better than the Jabras .

I have a Jabra Evolve 75 with a charging dock for exactly this purpose (I have others for high quality music listening) and it does exactly what she needs, and it does it fantastically. It should fit in your budget. It is really a purpose built work tool.

Jabra Evolve 75. On ear, comfortable to wear with glasses, noice canceling, long battery life, can pair to multiple devices. Good pickup and voice isolation.

Jabra Evolve series for Teams works out. 65,75 series are made for this purpose.

I like my Evolve 75. Jabras generally are reliable, though I've had to send one back for intermittent. Connectivity. Their support is a bit onerous to get them to agree to service.

I use Jabra Evolve 75 SE, and they're awesome for calls. I love Jabra because of the natural sidetone – even though they're ANC on-ear headphones, you can hear yourself perfectly. I've heard good things about Plantronics Focus, but haven't tried them. If you're on calls and don't talk much, over-ear headphones are comfy, but the mic and call quality aren't that great.

Evolve 75, had it for years

I'm at 5 years on my Evolve 75's. Like 'em so much I bought a second set. One set stays at home with my desktop in the office, the other set travels with my laptop.
