But what’s the budget? A former employer furnished these https://www.jabra.com/business/office-headsets/jabra-evolve/jabra-evolve2-40 and they were mostly OK. The little ones ended up learning to respect the busy light for the most part.

Jabra Evolve2 40. Don't have to worry about the internal, soldered, non-removable battery failing like on the Evolve 75 or other wireless models.

tbh comfort is everything for all-day calls. i've been through a few headsets myself and found the [Jabra Evolve2 40](https://metadoraffi-eng.github.io/shopit?search_keywords=Jabra+Evolve2+40+wired+headset) really solid for longer sessions with its adjustable headband and memory foam ear cushions. another option i'd check is the [Plantronics Blackwire 8225](https://metadoraffi-eng.github.io/shopit?search_keywords=Plantronics+Blackwire+8225+headset) which has a really flexible headband design that accommodates different sizes well. both stay under your budget and deliver clear audio for client calls, honestly what i'd prioritize over extra features when you're wearing them all day.

I had a jabra evolve 40 set that I hated because of how it pressed into my ears. Jabra evolve 80 is much more comfortable and has a lot of solid features.

Jabra Evolve 40 if you’re not great at remembering to charge wireless headsets. I’m in a loud office and people on calls can’t hear my background noise at all

Don't get bluetooth, always get wired. People will forget to charge them or be dead chargers plus connectivity issues. I've had the Jabra Evolve wired for nearly 7 years (same pair) and they're way way way better than my airpods pro.

I have the Jabra Evolve 2 for work. I got them as I am a hearing aids wearer so they fit over my aids enough to be comfortable. I can use them for calls and blocking out the office. The noise cancelling in the office is excellent but I’ve not tried them on a plane before so cannot comment. I love that I can listen to my Spotify using my work headset so people assume I’m on a call and leave me alone.
