New Jabra Evolve3 series we tested is the best we've tested in the Jabra lineup. You could also consider Jabra Evolve2 55 and Evolve2 65 Flex but blocking out other peoples voices is one of the biggest challenges for any noise canceling mic so don't expect 100% of all noises to be blocked out.
I can confirm this, just set sidetone to +3 or +6 using Jabra Direct.
As for the ANC. It will still be present when you mute. I actually find it very useful because this way you can “feel” if you are muted or not.
However, I can see where OP disappointment comes from, as I also needed to adjust settings of this headset. Coming from Jabra Evolve 75 to Evolve2 85 was pretty disappointing. Waiting for Evolve3.
Here is what I use personally, Ill add a picture with my username and date today pero do take note yn noise cancellation nya wont be overall na matatangal, you just have to press noise cancellation on the side it would work, the mic is actually better.
[Jabra Evolve 75](https://s.shopee.ph/8KklycsvHT): I have two of this, i got one brand new, do take note that this device is quite handy but its anc for the ear doesnt really remove all but really makesthe sound lower. di siya nageeliminate dun sa tunog. now what i like about this device is that its plug and play, pasok mo lang sa pc laptop mo, then it work, sa bluetooth naman really good din, kahit malayo ka and its wooden walls lang kaya nya. very good kasi madami akong pusa, sobrang dami, so tehy tend to get noisey. i got the brand new of this three times the price. now reagarding yn anc sa mic, i tihink its better than the anc in the headphones, one of the things i dont like about it pala is that its to the ear instead of around your ear. overall a great device. af link posted
