More of a work-only device.

Logitech Zone Wireless have been great for me for the past 3 years!

I've had the Logitech Zone Wireless (basically the same thing as the Zone 100, but specifically Teams certified) for a few years and they've been perfect for all day wearing. That said, they were never ANC and never advertised as having ANC. If you're actually allowed to have full ANC as a support desk engineer, I'd look into the Bose QC's. You may need to spend a little bit more, but you can get them on sale for pretty cheap every once in a while.

I like the Logitech Zone Wireless headset. It’s not exactly compact but there are a lot of benefits. It can be connected to your phone via Bluetooth and you computer with a dongle. The range is about 100 feet vs. the usual 20 feet that you can wander from your computer before losing signal. You can also connect your other Logitec devices like mouse and keyboard with a single usb dongle. In the last five years I have gone through three of them because they stopped working after about two years with is my only complaint.
