Very much agree. At first I was put off, especially in the vocals. But then I compared them to quiet comfort and a few others, and really say with the Eq and these are lovely. Not too of the line, but not trying to be. Really dig them. How would you compare them to momentum 4? Thinking about those as well
So you don't want something too expensive as they could easily get damaged but something with good quality audio behind it, id have to recommend the Nothing Headphones 1, dust protected which is helpful for workspace and have great quality for the price
They're great! I used them to play a live set at the Nothing store in Soho last week.. They sound very good, considering the price and the target audience: HiFi, not professional.
Oh cool to meet you here! Yes, went pretty well, and ai will publish as live set soon :) if u like let's keep in touch on Instagram @noirtdc ;)
Yeah, I picked up a pair for super cheap mostly just for traveling and planes. The ANC is great, the sound quality is meh, extremely bass heavy. I was able to make it sound a lot better with the Sony EQ app. They are decent when you can get them on sale.
EQ feels more like a buyer justification. They’re objectively bad headphones for RRP and passable on sale. I got them on Black Friday for £179 and I’m selling them. They’re just underbaked compared to competition. They’re also suffering from a bad soundstage and tight clamping, noise cancellation isn’t great either.
Yeah spotify over Bluetooth is a little quiet. Plugged in these things can blast, though. For daily use I dont mind the volume not going very high, but when I'm listening to a song for the first time sometimes I wanna lock in and really hear all of it.
