Poly - BackBeat Pro 2

Don't sleep on Plantronics. I bought the BackBeat Pro 2 a long time ago and they're still working really well. They're really comfortable. Noise canceling is good (not great, but good, a good balance). Audio quality is really, really good. Controls are mostly pressy-buttons, so you're less likely to accidentally activate a control than some cans with touch controls. I don't recall what they're called now, but this model is still made and sold. Being an office-focused brand, Plantronics may be an easier sell for a business unit.

I wish the earpads for MDR-1A work with the XM4. I have it on my Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2, it's so good

Although this is not an analytical review I love it. It somehow proves the "noname" headphones could also make someone happy despite of hypes all those B&W, Sony, Apple, Beats causes. In ancient times I gave a chance to a PLT BackBeat Pro and later PLT Bacbeat Pro2 and now Sennheiser's Momentum 4 because of a much better price and I have never ever regretted my choice over the more fancy but also much more expensive pairs of headphones...
