I really like shokz too, Don't feel like the microphone quite cuts it for things like zoom calls and phone calls. As others have mentioned, you can stick some ear plugs in to filter out background noise. I have done this with some success. I have some ear plugs that I use for concerts that I have used a few times. I did that recently for a flight I was on. I could hear the shocks fine without the ear plugs, but it was nice to tone down the din of the jet. For my job I have gotten two headsets. I have a Jabra evolve2 65, which I have had for a few years. The battery lasts a long time and the Bluetooth range is really good. I can mute myself on a zoom call and go take a piss and nobody's the wiser. I never miss a single detail. The sound quality is good and the microphone seems to work great. I also have a poly Voyager 4320, and it's a nice headset, but I've had trouble with the name changing when it's paired for some reason. This screws up zoom and my VoIP application because I have profiles set up where my headsets. Out of the blue it will decide to not be a poly Voyager and have some generic sound device name, and then the phone rings, and I don't know where the hell the audio is coming from. My jabra headset has never done that. When I'm not using my headset and I hang it on the crank of my standing desk. Or I just put it down around my neck. If you don't like having headphones on your ears, these headsets may not be the solution.

I'm using poly 4320 (sound like old Nokia model, I know). I use quite basic version, there are more fancy with ANC, docking stations and stuff. I liked jabra too, but they went south with quality at the same price point.

Excellent range with the receiver and mic/sound quality. I think the battery is great and they just work. When I'm in charge of procurement, you're getting these.

another vote for poly here. work bought me a voyager 4320 and it's solid. USB dongle and bluetooth. teams has native background noise cancellation that's pretty good.

Poly Voyager 4320 UC Best business headset I have ever used. I can wear them for 8 hours no problem. I have actually worn them home by accident. Not too expensive either.

The same Plantronics Voyager UC you already had. It's the best headset IMO. Blows the Jabaras out of the water
