Third for these: everything supports it, the sound quality is excellent, the build quality is excellent, and unlike Jabra the management software is really solid.

Seconded. If noisecancel is a must, the Voyager Focus 2 has that for not much more money. Many of the mechanics at my workplace use those, and it works well for them working on construction-equipment.

Yeah I got same via work. Good sound quality. I just wish they were over ear instead of on ear.

I like my Poly Voyager Focus 2. It's dual on the ear with noise cancelling. If the battery dies, I can still plug it into my PC to charge and it works while charging.

Same, Poly Voyager Focus 2. Amazing so long as you use the BT600 dongle. Amazing battery and range. BT600 dongle is shit and has to be replaced too often. When management wouldn't replace mine siting costs, i bought one myself for $75 on ebay. When the director asked me why I loved it so much, I bought him one from ebay and he wont give it back. He DID give me a bottle Blantons Single barrel so, we are even. LOL

Seconded for Voyager Focus 2. Amazing Noise cancelation. Poly lens free cloud device management is a plus and tenant onboarding is easy and can be automated with Company Portal. SHI offers discounts for quantities 10+ I believe. @OP one size may not fit all. You should poll the teams for preference on on-ear, in-ear, over-ear headsets and consider headsets with single ear coverage in environments that require the user to hear their surroundings for safety.

+1 for Poly Voyager Focus 2. (Or even the v1 if you find one used/cheaper, as far as I can tell they're essentially identical)

+1 for poly voyager focus. I have both the V1 (home) and V2 (office) and both are basically identical in look and function. Fantastic active noise cancellation, great to use in a noisy office environment, or even on airplane though they're a little bulky for travel.

I also vote for the Poly Voyager Focus headset I use them daily (v1 at home, v2 in the office, features & look basically indistinguishable). Great ANC that does a fantastic job of muting out my noisy office mates while I'm on a call, and the USB dongle with the computer bypasses most of the bluetooth related wireless connectivity hassles - though they also do bluetooth if you insist.
