I have always stuck with turtle beach with Xbox till my wife got my first headset for my MSI katana. I got a razer Gengar edition, 🥰, now. And based off my experience turtle beach is not worth the price they are. The sound quality is always cheap. The Bluetooth connection is always faulty and I’m 70% of the time having to resync it in the middle of a game. And the material degrades so quickly. The others in yours options I have never tried. I would recommend looking at a local target. They tend to have steel series and razer brand head sets.
Seconding this, I have a kraken headset, and while functionally it is fine, the headband material has begun to degrade and is now flaking off.
The same thing happened with the original ear pads but they are replaceable, unfortunately the headband isn't.
Had they not used this thin faux leather the headset would have lasted a lot longer without issue.
I had a pair of Razer Krakens (wired) back in 2015 and they were absolutely spectacular for non gaming use. I've used a lot of flagship headphones and I still look back really fondly on the pair.
I have razer kraken wired version bc tbh I can't hear the difference between something like that and the audiophile headphones. I turned off the bass boost and it sounds great to me for what I need it for - game audio and being in voice with my friends - and I like a built in mic instead of a desktop stand mic. Background isolation seems good as it doesn't transmit my bf talking in the same room.
Comfy enough to wear for 8 hours at a time also, but I dont wear glasses so if you do can't vouch for that.
