I have the Skullcrusher ANC 2 and as much as a love them, I don't wear them at the gym anymore because I sweat. I actually love them, they're so light and seriously I've given myself a fright before if the bass is too high. Plus the battery lasts a long time, I reckon 2 full days on a charge with heavy audible usage.
Lol well they don't resist staining by bronzer, so maybe don't wear that to the gym, just as a helpful suggestion. They do resist moisture, I just don't like sweaty ears. Noise cancellation is very good, I can drown out the gyms music. These are the ones I wear. Crusher® ANC 2 | Sensory Bass Headphones with Noise Canceling https://share.google/7mrIRk7ombKFCGtqi
I went with skullcandy crusher anc2 and they fucking ROCK! Screw the haters out there. These things are bad ass ... the bass is phenomenal. I work 10 hour shifts in a cnc shop blasting Testament, Soulfly, Slayer, etc all day everyday for last 2 months. Go to bestbuy and test them out... you'll see $149
Skullcandy crusher anc2.. its like a sub woofer in my head. Sometimes my vision gets blurry $150 go to best buy and try them out 🤘not open back but to get so much bass doubt they could .
Its more like a pressure wave that some how mimics a sub woofer. I listen for 10 hours a day in a cnc machine shop with 6 machine running and (12) 20 hp vacuum pumps running its amazing how great they sound even in this environment. I listen mainly metal, rock and blues.... once I got setting right i dont even mess with rhe eq anymore. Also i like there are actual buttons to control the settings.
Yes, I understand what ANC is for. If you are *actually* being exposed to 120dB on a regular basis, ANC is not the correct tool for the job. Earplugs PLUS muffs are. But you do u. I'll take my ANC needs to a company that does good ANC. I do use ANC on a regular basis, but I don't find it necessary nor desirable for what you trade with the ANC2 v Evo.
If you like bass, there really is no other option than Crushers. As to which model (Evo/540-Active or ANC) I don't see the point of ANC on these, the music will do the work of obscuring the exterior noise for you. I use the ANC on my Method 360s, and it's mid-tier at best. I'd get the Crushers without.
Ngl skull candy was a brand I always saw as trashy/cheap, sold my AirPod maxes (never used them) ANC 2s were running for 120$ on amazon, I kick myself for not knowing how good they are. Yes the aware mode won’t be as good as maxes but dear god, everything is the same if not better and 4x lighter. Plus bass goes brrrrrr
Yes I came from the AirPod maxes get the anc 2s
Yes I came from maxes the only difference in quality is the aware mode and it’s not bad on ANC it’s just not as crispy clear as maxes but I promise it ain’t worth 400$ more and 4x heavier
I don’t use a gaming headset, Skullcandy ANC 2’a with a Razer desk mic. I learned quality sound doesn’t come from a gaming headset.
anc 2’s sound pretty good when you use the custom EQ and take the personalized sound test
