Sony - INZONE H7

Legit, for years now, I’ve used headsets whenever possible. It started with competitive online shooters and then segued to everything else. Now, occasionally, I will find myself playing without for some odd reason but it’s very sub par. Once you start using a decent set of cans and you enjoy the 3D audio, it feels like almost a minor handicap going to tv speakers. I will admit, I have never gamed with some major surround set up but possibly that aside, the headphones are wear it’s at. I had Sony brand Playstation ones until they broke and the second time one broke I bought a cheap Logitech set and it’s still pretty great. And lighter weight and better battery life. Sony’s models are great, but pricey.

If I’m playing at home, I use my InZone H7s. Away from home, Sennheiser Momentum 4s wired.

Are you completely adverse to headphones? My Sony headphones (whch700s) are truly fantastic, there is an app for equaliser settings, great noise cancellation and I charge them once a week. And I’ve had them for six years too!

I have the Sony InZone H7 and I love them. Comfy even with glasses, great battery life, simultaneous Bluetooth connection, can control mic and game/chat mix from headset etc. Highly recommend.

Sony INZONE Buds are the best for gaiming if you want buds. Sony INZONE H series is best for gaiming if you want headphones. Sony WF-1000XM series is the best for spatial audio if you want buds. Sony WH-1000XM series is the best for spatial audio if yoi want headphones. You can't have both gaming and spatial audio to be the best.
