for me it's the Sony ult wears. I've been using it for more than a year and no other product comes close. Tried the xm6 and the bose qc ultra gen 2 and none of them have close to the crazy bass of the ult wear. the XM6 sounds more clearer but not as much bass and not as comfy as the ult wear . the ULT wear is a really underrated product that many people sadly don't know about. it has most features people need

ULT for sure! You don’t want that hinge on XM5 trust me

First of all you can’t even fold it properly… You can check the sub for how many users had them breaking as well eventually the metal pins wear down the plastic part and it cracks.. I would rather get an XM4 ! It is pretty good option as well yes you might think that is an older model but I am still using my XM3 and it is as good as it was when I bought it back in 2019 ! If you care about longevity you need to consider the longevity of the hinge

Ironically the ult are much more comfortable than the flagship model. The earpads cushion your ears much better and the earcup space is slightly deeper and bigger.

It's cool seeing the DT 900 Pro x and the 770 pro 80 ohm in these. Those are currently my two favorite headphones for at home listening. (For on the go I like the ULT Wear and M50xBT2)

I bought the sony ult wear ult900n at 145usd. And 6 months lateer broken hinge. Sony has a inssue with materials right now. So I don't recommend more sony headphones... I just went for the audio technica that has way better materials and built quality. Sound is more oriented to studio than commercial bass based, more like the mdr series of sony, but in my opinion, better. Mdr series of sony is better in my opinion, at least in materials but I didnt buy one of thoose in many years...

I have the ults and they supposedly fixed the hinge problem with new models of the ult you can check the serial number but the one I bought couple months ago is the new version and they have been great bass is obviously amazing and I thought the overall sound quality was great after tuning in the sound Connect app. Only gripe I can say currently is occasionally the simultaneous Bluetooth won’t switch instantly when muting one audio source to go to another and like sometimes I have to turn Bluetooth off and on on my 2nd device for it to play audio. But all in all I recommend the ults
