i'd go for the Sony WH CH720N. A lot of quality for the price. In europe you can find it for 60 euros. Problably something like that in America.

Mam WH-CH720N i też dobrze służą. To ta niższa półka cenowa, ale jakość jest świetna.

Not wireless but I use some bluetooth over ear headphones (Sony WHCH720N) plugged in and turned on for ANC. No lag and great sound quality. The only downside is no mic that way.

Damn, all the MX4 posts giving me FOMO. I got a pair of Sony WHCH-720N which sound great to me and only cost $90 but I’m considering taking them back and upgrading

r/SonyHeadphones • these aren’t just the best headphones the Sony 1000xm4 are the best headphones on the planet (ANC) with base wise. ->

I see just good reviews about the ULTs tbh, and Im thinking of getting them. I have the xm3s which could use an update...but not sure if I'll get an ANC improvement... I had sonys 720n before, which I got dead cheap for 25€, could totally recommend them, solid audio quality (sound as good as my xm3s with EQ), and most comfy headphone I ever had, but ANC is almost not noticeable...

do not get the ULT.... its the muddiest piece of s. headphone I ever used. On the same level as knock-off samsung earbuds. I guess the CH720 is much better value, and their sound is probably not intentionally broken. The Ch720 has the same headband as the ULT by the way. (Also. All sony headphones are made with PU leather, which will disintegrate within 5 years. If you can take care of your stuff, or plan to keep it for a while, get some JBL bluetooth earbuds, or Steelseries arctis headphones with textile padding.)

Sony 720N are extremely lightweight (less than 200g) and have very comfortable, albeit fairly shallow earcups. The lightest clamp force of any headphones I've had. Wear for multiple hours at a time and barely notice they're even on most the time. I've tried others, even some of the most premium headphones (Bose/Bowers & Wilkins), and prefer these for comfort for sure. The app and settings work basically flawlessly as advertised, and EQ can be made to sound pretty good. Good enough for anything I need tbh. Can be had for under $100 regularly on Amazon.

The 720N is decent and at a reasonable price so you won't feel so sad if the hinges break. IMHO they are more durable than the XM. Mine lasted several years, with regular use and being thrown in my bag. My XM4 lasted only six months before one of the hinges popped off. I was wearing them and sitting still when it happened. I took much better care of them than my 720N. Kept them in the case and didn't travel with them. Too expensive for only six months of use.
