I relate to this issue a lot since I'm very sensitive about things on or around my head and tend to get painful sensations or a headache quite fast! A few months ago I got the Soundcore Space One over-ear headphones and specifically paid attention to the head thingie being made of soft material and having a slight V rather than a U shape so that wearing the headphones applies no pressure to the top of my head or anywhere else really at all. There have been days when I've been wearing them for 6+ hours and never had or felt an issue with tightness or pain! They have amazing noise canceling (plus you can change the strength of it with an app) and an amazing sound quality when listening to music! I have also tried the Sony WH-1000XM4 at a store, the noise canceling of those is a tiny bit better and they're just as comfortable to wear but they also cost a lot more! So I can definitely recommend the Soundcore Space One headphones if you're looking for long-term comfortable wear!
I got Anker Space One at 3.9 K Can give tough competition to this
I have the Soundcore Space Ones, they are pretty awesome for the price. I recommend them personally speaking.
Anker Soundcore Space One. Excellent noise cancelation. Very comfortable. Great mic. Will not break the bank.
Anker Space One. Very good ANC and a fraction of the price of some of the other brands being mentioned here.
I have anker sound core ones. Brilliant quality and noise cancelling.
I use Anker Soundcore Space one headphones over mine. They are over the ear headphones not on the ear. I have no feedback issues at all. Noise cancelling is great. I have Phonak Lumity 70 hearing aids.
Soundcore over ear headphones. I currently have the Space ones but the Q20 are great also. Just make sure they are over the ear not on ear.
It sounds amazing one of the best
The tricky point is going to be gym usage. Very few over ear headphones have any kind of waterproofing/sweatproofing, and you're probably going to be making compromises on something else to get that. For the Space One specifically, I can say that they don't clamp particularly tightly, so in addition to the lack of sweatproofing, they're not going to stay on particularly well when working out. But they're cheaper than the others, and tick all the other boxes, so it might make sense to use the change to get some cheap in-ears. If they're available where you are and you can find them in your budget, you might also want to consider the CMF Headphone Pro, the Fairphone Fairbuds XL, and the Skullcandy Crusher 540 Active. The only one of those I have personal experience with is the CMF Headphone Pro (which I really like, but its IPX2 waterproofing is still on the low side for exercise use), but they all boast at least some level of waterproofing, whilst having other tradeoffs that you may or may not be able to live with (the Skullcandy don't have ANC, for example).
Based on [Rtings.com's tests](https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/compare/anker-soundcore-space-one-wireless-vs-sony-wh-xb910n-wireless/42021/28722), there's not much difference between the Space One and the WH-XB910N in terms of weight, or in terms of leakage, although the Space one do clamp a bit less tightly. Noise cancellation is six and half a dozen between the two (Soundcore better at high frequency, Sony better at low frequency), although I note that [Soundguys testing of the Space One](https://www.soundguys.com/anker-soundcore-space-one-review-111648/#id-isolation-111648) found better noise cancellation than Rtings, and they do seem to cancel noise better than the Rtings results would suggest. Personally, I've used the Space One but not the WH-XB910N, so can't compare to the Sony, but I would at least say that they're comfy to wear with glasses, partly because they clamp a bit less tightly than some other headphones. Glasses will however mean that any over-ear headphones make a less good seal, which means worse noise cancellation and more leakage. My experience with the Space One is that they're relatively tricky to get a good seal with generally, so you may still have these problems.
