There are diminishing returns in the audiofile/hifi space after certain price points. I have not noticed a significant decrease in ANC between the q45 and q30. Any difference was not due to software. If you look up OPs reddit history, they are young and have significant health issues. $50 might not be much to you or I, but that can be a significant challenge for someone living with their challenges.

I’ve had mine for over a year, no problems with mine, but I get it!

I’ve been using these from [soundcore](https://a.co/d/0aKdKF2e) for about two years now. They were always really comfortable to wear when I had glasses, and the sound quality is great. I also like that it has three different “listening” modes that I can alternate between with a simple tap. Also, I found these are perfect for when I am watching videos and I can’t clearly hear using my computer speaker. Putting these on noise canceling and turning the volume up makes most audio so much clearer.

I have a pair of Soundcore Q45 I would sell you for $75, barely used. They sound great but don't fit my head that well

They just arrived on Monday. Sound quality is fantastic. Comfort is pretty good too for a large headed person. Noise cancellation is still pretty good at least in my environment. But it’s not super noisy where I’m at. The thing that is bothering me is the controls. When I put the headphones on, sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Or I’ll put them on and start off not working, then randomly they’ll just start working. I’ve only had them for 2 days, so still farting around with that.

Returned them. The touch pad on the ear cup was way too sensitive. And a few other issues. Got the Soundcore Q45 now and they’re great

After a couple of weeks, I’m torn on them. The Good - Sound is very good. Comfort is very good as well, maybe a titch tight, but nothing major. ANC is more than adequate for me and so far battery life is excellent. Now The Bad - Gestures only work half the time. I don’t know if it loses bluetooth connectivity, but I’ll just be sitting either listening to music, or watching a youtube video and it will just pause. No movement from my head (at least anything that should pause it). Once it happened 3 times in 5 minutes. That is becoming a major annoyance. I’ve disconnected it from my iPad and reconnected, still happens. Firmware is up to date. I’ll also get the “connected and disconnected” messages as well. If anyone has other things to suggest to try and remedy this, I’d be happy to hear your ideas. So, gonna give it another week or two. I have a trip coming up in a week and will see how they fair on that. I have until Jan 31st to return them.

I just got back from my trip last night. The auto sensing on/off (or pause) is horrible. If I move my head in the slightest it will pause the music or movie. Like so horrible walking with them on and turning my head was an issue. I was able to turn it off and that got me through the rest of my trip, but super annoying. The gestures are also super sensitive. I would accidentally turn and rub the ear piece on the headrest on the plane and it would either turn anc on/off, pause my movie, etc. I really like the sound of them, but damn these little things are SUPER ANNOYING.

For the sound, yes. For the other stuff…. Leaning towards no. I’m looking at the Beyerdynamic Aventho 300. I’ve heard the DT770’s and I loved those. I have a pair Beyerdynamic wireless earbuds (can’t remember the model but they’re about 7yrs old) and they are fantastic as well. So if these hold true then I might be happy with them.

I ended up returning them. The gestures were so sensitive I couldn’t simply adjust the headphones on my head unless I move it with the band. Even putting my fingers on the ear cups would make the music pause, skip or volume jump around. I can’t have a headphone that is so sensitive to simple things like that. Maybe I got a bad pair, but it definitely put a sour taste in my mouth as they weren’t super usable

Soundcore Q45. They’re half the price, more comfortable and sound really good. They have physical buttons so minimal “accidental” track forwards, pauses, etc. Battery life is impressive as well.

I use those too, the noise canceling is very good, sound is alright and can be improved a lot with EQ but i haven’t found easy way to apply it when watching the TV.

Of your list I have tried the Baseus, Sonys and Soundcore Q45. The Sonys are very light and comfortable. Sound is reasonably good and is customisable through the EQ on the Sony app. ANC is decent though not on the level of the more premium models. They do not fold up (though do fold flat) and do not come with any sort of case though so if you want a case you will need to buy one separately. Build quality might appear a little flimsy due to their light weight. However, I have had my pair for three years and they remain my "beater"  pair for exercise and doing work around the house and have yet to have a problem with them. The Soundcore Q45s I personally found very uncomfortable and they hurt my head after a short time of using them. Sound also had some weird tinny aspect to it. I have never tried the Space One or Q30s but people seem to like them and I have read that they are better than the Q45. They do come with a hardshell case and do fold up though. I have the Baseus on my head right now. They are very comfortable and sound good. Bose collaborated with Baseus on the tuning of these. Of the three headphones these are the best sounding and have the best build quality IMO. These also come included with a nice hardshell case and the headphones fold down into it. Overall I would recommend the Baseus Inspire XH1 as the most "premium" headphone out of the three. The Sonys are also decent and are quite a bit cheaper than the Baseus now. However, they feel more like a "cheaper" headphones than the Baseus does - and do not fold up or have a case included. I would not recommend the Soundcore Q45. I hope this is helpful to you, and you are happy with whatever headphone you choose. 👍

I disagree. I have / had several different soundcore headphones and earbuds. They are objectively bad tuning wise. Also there is no consistency in their sound signature. Every model sounds different. That being said, if you want a pair of wireless headphones with ANC, especially on sale for 40 pounds, it's a good deal. I have used them for work for a couple of years and they have a good battery life, decent ANC, and they're comfortable. Very reliable as well. I had q30, q45 and space one (and like 3-4 earbud models).
