Steelseries 7p or 7x probably gonna be your best bet and finding them used will be even cheaper. There are others id recommended but there over 100
Quite happy with my Arctis 7X, but I don’t expect it to last me more than 3-4 years. I’d splurge for a Nova with ANC if I was buying today, though For me the biggest factor is comfort and the extra stretchy head band that is on these is amazing. I get pressure headaches when a hard band rests on my head too long.
I've had a Steelseries Arctis 7X for years now (and I'm a bit bitter they came out with a USB-C version a few months after I bought mine). I will be using this thing until it gives up the ghost and even then, only if I can't find the parts to repair it. The main downsides are that the battery life isn't amazing and, unlike other Steelseries headsets, does not have any hot-swappable batteries.
I use the Steeleseries Arctis Nova Pro and love them. The only other brand I'm familiar with is Turtle Beach, and both the Arctis 7x and Nova Pro have sounded a lot better than the Turtle Beach headsets I've used.
I bought the arctis 7x like a month or two prior to SteelSeries releasing the usb-c version and I was out of return window. I was so pissed lol. It’s literally my only device that doesn’t accept usb-c and I hate it so much that I just use them wired so I don’t have to worry about battery issues or even charging them. I can’t stand micro-usb.
I've had mine 3 years and it's so good, use it on the PC. Recently got a wireless arctis 7x for the xbox and I can't believe everyone says they are quality. Arctis feels like a McDonald's kid toy compared to the sennheiser and the audio quality difference is INSANE. I really don't understand how anyone thinks it's good at all. In any way. Yet people say they love it. If Sennheiser made a wireless version of the pc38x it would be the best wireless headset on the market. Although I haven't tried a Maxwell.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P (and before that the SteelSeries Arctis 7P+, nothing went wrong with them, I just wanted to upgrade)
I use my Airpod Pro 3’s through bluetooth when im playing casual, but I use my ps5’s steel series Arctis 7p+ with the 2.4ghz type c dongle for competitive. They also come a great free target practice software.
It depends what kind of frame your glasses use, in my case my frames over my ears are thin and I've had no issues on my old Pulse3D headset or my current Steelseries Arctis 7P+.
Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X. I love them! Just the right amount of clamping force to stay on securely without pushing my glasses into the sides of my head, lol.
