Yeah Idk my steel series lasts for like 8 hours and it comes with two batteries so I always have one ready to go on the dock... Voice sounds great. It's like anything else, some things are shit some aren't.
r/buildapc • best gaming headset in 2025 under $200 ->I will have to dispute this one, sorry. While stealseries headphones are super comfy. I find the audio range is quite lacking. Just extra bass added to everything
r/ArcRaiders • Headphones Raccomendation for the best Arc Raiders experience ->I had a blackshark and loved it until the hinges disintegrated on me. I currently have the steelseries and it's... Okay? Noise canceling is useless on it. Software is ass. Other than that it's pretty good. The hot swappable batteries is neat. If I could go back I'd probably get the Audeze Maxwell. However they're heavy and a little unwieldy (I tried my friends on).
r/buildapc • The Best Gaming Headset to Buy Now? ->Steelseries. My partner and I both love our Steelseries headsets and other Steelseries peripherals. They're Danish I believe. The mic is retractable, not removable. My partner uses his headset for work as well as gaming, and they both come in black and white. They're both wireless. Both of our headsets have removable, replaceable, changeable ear pads and elastic headbands. The elastic headband prevents excessive pressure on any singular part of your scalp, and I'm pretty sure you can wash them. I just sewed little sleeves for mine, so fresh vibrant hair dye won't stain it. Bonus: if you're a tiny person with a small head and neck problems, the Arctis Nova 5 is pretty lightweight for a wireless headset, while maintaining good audio quality.
r/BuyFromEU • Gaming Headset from a European Brand – Any Recommendations? ->Can verify that Arctis headsets are awesome. Partner has had the 9 for ages and it works like new. I have the Nova 5 for two years and I love it.
r/BuyFromEU • Gaming Headset from a European Brand – Any Recommendations? ->The steelseries arctis nova 5p is a excellent headset sound quality is fantastic when sst up with custom preset.
r/PS5pro • Looking for best headset for ps5 pro ->I absolutely love my steel series. I think there the Arctis Nova 5 wireless🤘 i was astonished by how good the sound quality is. I can hear foot steps in games where that matters
r/ArcRaiders • Thinking about getting a new headset for this game. Suggestions? ->If you're looking for no ANC I would look into wireless gaming headsets. They're meant for long listening sessions so they're really comfortable, and a lot of them have switching options between Bluetooth and a 2.4GHz dongle for low lag applications. Personally I ended up going with Steel Series Arctis Nova 5X and have no regrets. I use Bluetooth with my phone and then switch the 2.4GHz dongle between my tablet and my PC so it's easy to switch back and forth depending on where I am. I love the physical buttons and volume control on the headphones, and the mic is really good for calls (I just have to remember to turn it on and pull it out before answering the call).
r/HeadphoneAdvice • best over ear headphones - no anc ->Don't get studio headphones. They are for listening to and producing music, but they don't sound "good" they sound "accurate". What's the difference? Mostly how much your ears can take before they fatigue. Modern causal headphones have comfort and "listenable" as a key tuning concept. They are designed to be worn for hours and hours on end enjoyably. Onto recommendations, for music and gaming with a great microphone too? There's one simple suggestion; The Steelseries Arctic range. They are incredibly comfortable, sound great, have an excellent mic and come in a range of price points and features. Plus on many of them the mic slides away so they don't look so goodfy. Personal recommendation.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • What are the best headphones that can be plugged directly into a PC for listening to music and gaming? ->Dunno what headsets you've been using but I'm on my 3rd SteelSeries headset since I've been buying them since 2015. First pair I bought which is the Siberia v2s (iirc) are still working beautifully and I use them with my PS5 when I travel for work. My second pair is an arctis wireless pair, forget the model, but they only got replaced because I was given my current ones as a Christmas present. Zero issues ever.
r/pcmasterrace • Another „Gaming Headset“ bites the dust, tired of overpriced/hyped headphones. ->Steel Series Arctis Novas are always a solid choice. The band on the headset makes it the most comfortable over others.
