Superlux - HD681 Air

Superlux HD330 Pro 32ohm and HD681 Air; JVC HA-RX900 beats it at that price

Have my superlux hd 681 for like 4 or 5 years, and they are awesome, using them for music and with the threaded extension I can use them for my guitar amp too, top tier and dirt cheap.

Superlux HD-681, mainly because of how much they offer for being literally $30

Superlux HD681 and Samson SR850, but with velvet/suede earpads. Eh with stock shitty leather. 100-200$ sound with velvet pads. KSC75 if you don't mind the hooks. Moondrop Old Fashioned is really nice as well, sounds pretty similar to KSC75.

ath m40x are the worst headphones ever, I bought a superlux 681 and found out bass existed for the first time

I'm using the 681's right now with sonarworks ID it sounds pretty good better then the audio technica m40x

Olvidate de los inalámbricos, son más caros, peor calidad de sonido, además totalmente inútil algo inalámbrico para usar sentado, es como comprar un powerbank para atornillarlo a una mesa de tu casa y usarlo siempre ahi, pierde todo el sentido que es la portabilidad. El tema de auriculares es que depende para que quieras usarlo y tus preferencias de sonido te puede gustar mas uno u otro, no es como un mouse o teclado que podes leer las especificaciones y decir "este es mejor porque tiene switches de mejor gama" o algo así, la única forma de saber si un auricular es bueno para vos es probandolo. Los auriculares son algo totalmente sensorial, se compara más a la comida por ejemplo que es puramente sensorial, no a todos les gusta lo mismo, pero si la mayoría distingue entre comida chatarra y comida de calidad. Y no es caro tener un auricular bueno. Si vas por in-ears, un Kiwi ear Cadenza de 30 dólares le hace el ocote a cualquier auricular gamer caro como los Logitech pro X, G522, o Razer Kraken o Barracuda. Over-ear, los Superlux HD 681 y HD 330 rondan los 90k-100k y son buenos. Afuera los Hifiman HE400se salen 60-70 dólares y para muchos es endgame. También salieron hace poco los Kiwi ears Altruva por 70 dólares.

Superlux hd681 or Samson sr850 pro. Semi open back but good enough sound. Get a cheap lavalier mic for 15 bucks to clip to your shirt or the cable and you'll have good sound and a waaaaay better mic than any of these headsets.

Out of these, I've tried the Sony and both superlux hd668(b) and 681. The superlux hd668b sound-wise is the clear winner for me. Good detail, excellent for the price, clear yet impactful bass and just a really pleasant sound signature overall. The are a little fragile though ime, with the cable failing twice on mine after ~1-2y. My third set has been holding on for longer, but that's probably because I have used them a lot less after upgrading

Superlux HD681s the GOAT (if you replace the pads). I think I prefer them over my SHP9600s.
