Yealink BH76 Plus. It's not perfect, but the mic quality is great and the headphone quality is great for voices/calls too, just lacking for music. If I had cost no object free choice I'd choose something else, but the man paid for this one so I'm happy.

Yealink BH76+ over the ear, ANC, dual BT connectivity, mic retracts into the right ear and it also mute/unmute during a Teams session.

Yealink BH76 Plus. You can swap on ear cushions with over ears. The mic is slightly worse than the Voyager but you get used to it very quickly

Bose QC Ultra for personal, Yealink BH76 for the office. The reason for the Yealink is that they have settings to force them into a mode compatible with an Australian standard for noise exposure over 8 hours.

Yealink BH76 Plus is pretty good for this purpose. Others have better ANC, but these are decent an have excellent microphones.

Yealink BH76 Plus. The ANC isn’t as good as a Sony or Bose, but it’s over the ear and nobody will ever complain about your mic being an issue. It’s also comfortable, and works well.

I use the Yealink BH71 It's a small over ear headset. A good middle ground between something like airpods and a full headset.

I've been using the Jabra Engage 75 for years, nothing but good things to say about it. Like the worse thing that happened was the earcup wore out so I got a new one. I'm also deeply impressed with the Yealink BH76plus. I use that when it's super loud because the noise cancellation (both what I hear and the other side hears) is unmatched - it's like having a private convo. The only thing I don't like is 2 ear coverage with that one, but it's needed for the ANC to work.

In my office I use the Yealink BH76, noise cancelling is great and it can do bluetooth, 2.4g dongle, or wired. I have my company desktop and a client provided secure laptop. The BH76 links to both. At home and on the road I'm using a Shokz Opencomm2, dual linked to company laptop and client laptop. The Opencomm2 has a great noise cancelling mic, I use this inside data centers full of noisy fans. In there I add earplugs or earbuds linked to my phone for some tunes while I work.
