The Solar is a pretty big upgrade on the Happrun as you move from a cheap single panel LCD projector with kind of weak optics, to a DLP projector with much better optics. Unfortunately, Anker has really struggled with their customer service from what I've heard. So, I would opt for a good warranty with the Solar, or accept that it may break down on you. The XGimi I would expect to be the most reliable and have the best audio quality. The price jumps are in line with the quality jumps between the different models in my opinion. For casual use, the H1 is a nice entry level product, but lacks any features at all really. So, you will need a streaming device to connect to it and I'd get a better speaker to go with it as well. A Firestick with built in Bluetooth is a good way to connect to headphones or a decent speaker easily.
