I've used [this](https://www.amazon.com/AWOL-VISION-LTV-2500-Projector-Included/dp/B0B6HXCMQJ?crid=3TA64P1EIDUG2&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.q_c5VoRoTuPSvh9RhV9h0AMHRF5RHsJyE5avd8FgDrdhBtqvIMouKDUxA0aBs0ubjOZgLXIT_E9wKpOi5nIoEb4FqEvC57O3nQv4mARxviFiYg2yYGz6aVHld0I91Y3ISZxH7QOZcbysH-ptDQ6hiF8P-2AY05ZiLzRVtqjpZHgXiPPJAfhDtGEdy_79sPlxwHprYmhSB3sR_tqDS7VmWAI7klRpB4sV0IUcLFyjfqs.eRR2UB8S_-oIeiPWrgzaIvMkR13CKXlvf_l_h614rrw&dib_tag=se&keywords=Hisense+PX2-PRO&qid=1750508796&sprefix=hisense+px2-pro%2Caps%2C333&sr=8-4&linkCode=ll1&tag=grok43-20&linkId=9b68bb7b2c4a2fef2cbb4b57ff581b4f&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl) from AWOL vision and I definitely recommend it, especially if you're setting up a home theater in a dark room. The triple laser gives amazing color, it supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and the picture is sharp even at 150". The included Fire TV Stick 4K Max works great for streaming. For an ultra short throw projector in this range, it's a solid buy. It's available on Amazon and definitely worth considering if you're looking for high-end performance without going overboard on price.

I just bought an awol vision 2500 for about that price. The reviews are all good but online in the reddit echo chamber I could never get anyone suggesting it, they all say it’s a waste of money and basically garbage. I ended up buying it anyways and I literally don’t know what I could want differently/more. Audio is a bit muffled but likely cus I have it on the carpet, and it’s no worse than a tv. I paired it with the awol vision 120 screen that comes up from the ground and its in a room with black out curtains. Maybe it’s not good in the light? But if I cared about that I wouldn’t have gotten a projector. But yeah, everyone says you can’t get anything good for $2000 but I rolled the dice on it and I’m really happy

Been an Epson owner for almost 10 years and once I found out they dropped 3D support on their USTs I dropped them and am now getting an Awol Vision since they seem to be pioneering new tech and have fixed RBE issues. Epson has been playing it too safe IMO and I'm willing to take a bigger risk nowadays.
