The dangbei will actually have the same issue because it also has a fixed lens. so with that in mind and the valerion being cheaper, I would 100% get the valerion over the dangbei. here is a video showing some comparison. the plus 2 isn't in it, but you'll get the idea: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClIboELoz74&t=983s&ab\_channel=TheHookUp](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClIboELoz74&t=983s&ab_channel=TheHookUp) you could also consider the nexigo trivision ultra. that or the plus2 are fantastic options based on the reviews I have seen. the nexigo is even a little cheaper. but it also has the same issue with no optical lens zoom.

I had/have the Benq w1070. It really is a great projector, I recently wanted to upgrade and first bought the Dangbei Mars pro, and honestly I didn't like the colors and everything. I think 4K is overrated. Then I bought the Hisense C1S (in my country it appears as Vidda C1S) so I thought it was worth the upgrade. But it's not like it's twice as good as the image.

I own this one too. I use it to watch content while working out. The brightness is decent, even with a window wall in my home gym.

Laser projectors utilize reflected light, which is generally gentler on the eyes compared to traditional TVs. In my case I spent $1499 on the dangbei dbox02 which features 4K resolution and 2450 ISO lumens, providing decent daytime viewing. V happy with it.

Dangbei mars pro 2. I have it. Think it's on sale for 1200 from 1800 and it's beautiful. Very bright though. Also a little bit of lag for gaming so you have to adjust but it's the best one I've owned

For the price, it's beautiful. I figured you can save money. I myself was looking to spend around 2800 for projectors when I got this. The only upgrade I would find is the ultra short throw that you put directly under the wall you want them projected on. Take your time and research too don't just take my word for it. Only thing I wished worked better is the 3d ( haven't found a way to make it worth and the slight lag) if you're going to play cod or mlb the show look for one with less lag, picture quality will go down though
