yes you’re right I’m aware 1lcd projectors tend to be way more fragile, I appreciate you trying to warn me and I’ll def keep an eye out! the thing is that this projector is using a fully enclosed optical machine, this essentially means the components which produce the image will not experience dust pollution. Dust pollution is what degrades most other 1lcd projectors since they have an open optical machine—with airflow directly touching the components. Of course this is a relatively new technology in 1lcds, so I can’t say with full certainty that it’s effective at lengthening their lifespan. (I’ll def update my post is something happens!!) But I saw another guy on this sub who used it daily for watching stuff like youtube, saving his fancy lamp projector for more important stuff, and he actually mentioned how he had no burn spots or dust stuck in the lense after 2 months of use. I guess I might try asking him to see how it’s holding up since it’s been four months since he posted that comment.

pretty good, everything sounds crisp and there’s no distortion when u raise the volume high. just don’t expect a lot of bass since it’s a pretty compact device. it even has dolby audio branding, if that means something to you 🤷🏻‍♂️. ultimately stuff like that is down to preference, but at the very least I can for sure say it’s miles better than standard tv speakers. i’ll try posting a link tomorrow

I've also had this projector for two weeks, and I'm very happy with it. \+quiet \+beautiful colors and brightness \+very effective auto keystone and focus \+throw ratio \-NetrangeOS is very poor (Netflix and Prime are in degraded versions) \-(it's a big minus) only one HDMI port but most importantly it's HDMI 1.4 so no HDR Otherwise, I just received a reflective screen for less than 10 euros from AliExpress and wasn't expecting much. Big mistake - it's by far the best projector investment I've made. It's very annoying to stretch without waves and there's a reduced viewing angle, but I wasn't expecting such an improvement in quality, just crazy.

Hey, not sure if it's too late. I got a Dangbei for review and the price at MSRP is like 250 plus. How is the performance at that price point? It's pretty good! It's at 400 lumens but it can easily be viewed with some ambient lighting in the room. The picture quality is clear and easy to focus due to the software that does it all for you. Zero issues with blurriness on my end. All sorts of options in the screen picture adjustment menu. Gaming has no issues, although I do not do competitive gaming on it. Will test if anyone is curious. Sound is quite decent for a small projector. It's like a micro surround sound system inside a small metal box. You'll have to enable Dolby sound plus on the settings for this effect. This is not a main projector that you bring out to impress guests. It's the one you use everyday to watch whatever you feel like. I have a main projector that I use way less because this tiny projector is able to replicate the same size and about 70% of the brightness. Lmk if you have other questions.

I too got this product.. clarity in a small dark room seems amazing! Don’t expect wide range of operability with installing apps - it’s built on one of Linux distros Pros : 1. Sound quality and speed of operation - commendable 2. Portability - literally best in size for the quality 3. Easy setup and run Cons: 1. Net range App Store ~meh; You can install some apps via APP assistant ( disney+, vimeo, but only a bunch of apps) 3. Cast from ios mobile works perfect, project from PC (win) is where I’m struggling 4. Misses the voice typing in search bar on all the apps Help: Can I kindly request some advice/help on how to duplicate PC screen onto the projector wirelessly? My attempt: opened Mirrorcast on N2, PC picked up the projector but this on display, on N2 - “create p2p and starting RTSP” but that’s the end of it, PC says follow instructions on display, and the window on N2 only lets for 13 seconds.

Mine came with a little bit of blooming when displaying white text over a black background. Still satisfied, it's too good for the price.
