Double your money and get a 2nd hand one on ebay. I was able to get a UST PX1 for like 1200 bucks
r/projectors • Is this a good ultra short throw projector for pc gaming? Trying to find a budget option, I won’t be playing competitive games on it, just mainly RPGs ->How is it I managed to buy a projector for $1500 with not just HDR but Dolby vision? Maybe it's not a "proper" HDR display? It's a Hisense PX1, now discontinued. Formovie and the PX2-Pro are over 2000 but a lot closer to 2k than 5 and both have HDR and Dolby Vision.
r/hometheater • I’m looking for a good projector with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. ->[As of April 20, 2023 a new firmware adds support for Dolby Vision HDR and expands viewable range from 90”-130” (where it was previously 100”-120”).](https://www.ecoustics.com/products/hisense-px1-ust-projector/)
r/hometheater • I’m looking for a good projector with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. ->Also that cabinet is going to shorten the life of your projector. It seems like it's blocking the side vents. On my Hisense UST the manual says to allow like 8" inches of airflow on each side.
r/projectors • Can’t align a ust projector with floor rising alr screen ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
