Jmgo ust projector.. u2 or u3. 4k triple laser. Been using one daily for the last 3 years, 2 to 3 hours per day. No problems, and I like my life better now!

I love my jmgo ultra 4k lol Easy operating system, image is spectacular, boots up quick, and it swivels and moves around easy on the stand + autocorrects I’mage I had bought 2 other projectors before it but didn’t like the operating systems and they had a bad rainbow effect which hurt my eyes

Don’t think you’ll do much better without fixing the lighting issues. That’s a solid projector

A little but it would take a pretty huge jump because what you have is pretty bright

Hey happy NYE. I have a spot about 8-9 ft from a wall. The wall is white with slight plaster texture. And the room is moderately bright but I can make it dark. That's where I'm looking at movies and YouTube...no screen. Main priority is brighteness and clarity, I don't play video games, and don't particularly care about sound. I do want a Bluetooth enabled model. I currently have the JMGO ultra but it's just a bit dim. Not horrible, but does anyone know of a step up or different model to get for the above features? thanks!

actually last night I watched a movie with attention to turning down ambient light. I got good results with brightness and clarity. and also noticed the projector and GUI are pretty slick. Looks like I just stick with this projector and enjoy!

The throw distance if way too far for such a small screen. You'd have to use a ton of digital image correction, which will cut resolution down by 50% or more and throw all that light away as well. A TV is by far and away the proper solution at the size you are working with. But, you can use any projector with digital zoom on it and you'll get typical results. JMGO has their 4K models on sale right now, and they are about as cheap as you can get while maintaining a high quality image. So, I'd try one of those, and if you aren't happy, then realize you aren't getting 'better' really.

Love my JMGO 4K/3D Triple laser pj. And the 120" display. (All gor $749) I thought I'd just use it for some movies and for 3d and stick with the OLED for everything else. Instead, I've used the panel set maybe just once or twice a month. Speaking for myself, I'll never blow money on a panel tv again.

No such issues on my JMGO projector. Possibly due to it being a triple-laser unit.  (Never imagined there'd be a 4k/3d/auto-focus/triple laser projector for under $800!). Neither I nor any of the reviews I've seen have noted RBE on any of these. But as others note, maybe a person by person thing.

Get the JMGO 4K - you WANT 4K! The Horizon Pro 4K has still the old Revision of the 0.47 DMD chip inside. However the JMGO is overall better than the Horizon. And get a proper Screen in the Future!
