If portability is your main priority you could check out the JMGO PicoFlix. It is a lightweight portable projector that still fits your budget and works well for indoor or low-light setups. It is definitely not meant for bright rooms but if you are using it at night or with lights dimmed it is a solid option for travel or small spaces. Just make sure your expectations on brightness match the use case. That is really the key with projectors this size.
I have a different take on that. Nothing beats a TV at comparable costs. I have a 75 inch TV in my living room and that’s the best quality I can get at a price of 2.000 bucks (incl a soundbar) Since I wanted something small for my bedroom that I could angle to the ceiling I bought the JMGO Picoplay at a discount. Not even close to my TV quality-wise but super nice from a convenience and footprint POV. Since I’m traveling a lot and I hate most Hotel TVs I bought the Anker capsule 3 (again at a discount) too and imho that’s the smallest truly portable projector out there with a decent picture quality. Long story short, for 650 bucks altogether I have 2 small projectors that suit my needs but cannot compete with my TV when it comes to picture or sound quality. I you want the best quality, get a TV. If you want to be flexible go for a projector or get both if your budget allows it.
Seconding JMGO. I have the [PicoFlix](https://global.jmgo.com/products/picoflix) and it's great for a portable projector.
Jmgo PicoFlix Bottle - using currently think the graphics are great, but it is only 450 lumens which isn’t super bright, but we still use it with the lights on
JMGO Picoflix+ (New version with higer lumen) or JMGO Picoplay (battery version). I’m going to order the Picoflix+ bundel tomorrow. This includes a tripod with a buildin battery for outdoor use and a nice travel case

I got this pico play for gf, was around 300eu a month or 2 ago. It has the gv50 beat for the price. I'd look for 4K ones if possible though. Low NOISE since on headboard.
I recently gifted the jmgo picoplay for my GF who travels a lot. It's a crazy bang for the buck too. So tiny !
I have a picoflix btw and another jmgo N1S 4K. Can vouch for it in terms of quality. XGIMI killing it too btw. Never heard of the philips before to be honest :D
I got the jmgo picoplay for portability and playing on the ceiling. It's really tiny but really impressive in terms of quality & even sound. I decided not to get the version with a battery because with heavy use, battery would only get worse. In the end, I also got a tiny yet powerful external battery (miuu 20k mah) which makes it portable too. It's not as bright as the Mogo4 though.
I bought a JMGO picoplay sized like a BT speaker (light and portable) Hdmi input (I can play switch / ps5 without too many latency) Android tv OS Speaker included/ remote controller [jmgo picoplay hdmi switch gameplay](https://youtube.com/shorts/KznVze3nByM?feature=shared) Check other reviews and videos to make your opinion (I was convinced when seen the tester projected with it on any surface (kitchen, garden, wall, living room screen,…)
personally I would choose a projector without a built-in battery. If the projection was done mainly in a dark environment, the solution is one-way in my opinion. JMGO Picoplay or its battery variant. It is by far vfm choice. Super portable, small light, very good picture, Google play certified.and I am sure you will enjoy it. It must also be combined with a small fixed base. I have had it for a few months now and have been using it on trips and vacations and am completely satisfied. Also very useful and without the need for a support base (it has a built-in one), is the XGIMI elfin. I personally went one step further and bought the Chinese version XGIMI z9x 4k projector that I will use with my fire tv stick.
