FYI, the cheapest projector I would get is the JVC NZ-30. Anything below that price point is not native 4k. If you don’t agree, I’d love to hear why but IMO it seems like a bad idea to enter into this lifestyle at 1080p in this day and age. Unless you’re being gifted a PJ that’s 1080p or your buying used at sub $800. As someone else mentioned, that money is better spent on a big OLED.
