The BenQ 1080p models tend to be very reliable and look quite good at the price point. They are a fair bit brighter than much of the LED 'portable' competition that is out there that may be similarly priced, like XGimi or JMGO. But, they are lamp based. I might seriously consider the JMGO N1 if available. Not as bright, but a solid state light source and good image quality. 500 lumens in a dark room can handle 110" diagonal just fine. I have been testing with the LG Cinebeam Q recently (about 500 lumens) and it works well on my 110" screen.
r/projectors β’ Best Movie Projector (for home) under 900 USD or 75000/- INR ->Dunno if you're still on the fence but bought one a few days ago and it's a great replacement for my TV. Auto keystones and focuses quick, only drawback is the I/O is limited, but with a Bluetooth sound system it's easy to work around. As far as brightness, perfectly fine in the daytime as long as the curtains are drawn, just like any other projector in the realm. The portability and ability to use the handle as an arm/hang it off of things is a huge plus. Was skeptical, but it's a great unit for the price.
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->Best I've seen is the LG Cinebeam Q. Keystone, 4k HDR, manual/auto focus, Bluetooth. est of it's kind price wise under $1000. Usually around $900, but I occasionally have seen it for $800. It's small enough to put in an overcoat pocket. Place it on a desk, coffee table, shelf, whatever. A stand is also offered if desired. Comes pre-liaded with Amazon, Netflix, Disney, YouTube. Tho not in your budget, anything less would be without 4k. But you won't find anything good for $250. I'd hold on to the money and wait till you can add more.
r/projectors β’ Looking for a mini projector - not too expensive but not silly disposable junk ->I just got the CineBeam Q and have been absolutely loving it
r/projectors β’ Recommendations for Best 4k projector around $1000 ->It's too dark and will develop pixels around 9k lamp hours ,I'm out over 1k barely 1 year of usage.
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->It's a piece of garbage now not heavy enough to be a paperweight! Dead pixels when it reached 9k lamp hours now unwatchable waste of over $1k
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->Iβd keep my eye on LG Official website. I bought one on a hefty sale it was 689β¬. And at the check out LG offered 20% off of that. So I ended up paying 566β¬ for a brand new unit.
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->I own it and honestly this is the best quality I ever for for a portable one
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->* Look at the LG CineBeam Q. It's 4k. A bit washed out in the light but viewable. Price is between $800-$1000. Second post is a darkened room. *
r/projectors β’ Living Room Home TV Projector - What should I buy? ->Wrong, itβs misconception. It does not have to night to watch this. Just dark wall / few curtains off and in day time also you can watch. I am doing it ans enjoying it too. Itβs extremely bright projector.
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->- if you like the design, there's not really much competition - it's very compact, and in this space there are not many competitors that offer 500 lumens and 4k pixel shift. for example the xgimi horizon is twice as large, but still compact - the speakers are shit. you need to use a bluetooth speaker to actually get enjoyable sound out of it - it's basically only usable at night without any light, since it's very dark (as usual with those very compact beamers)
r/projectors β’ Is the LG Cinebeam Q worth it? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
