I_love_my_tech_toys 1.0I can't comment on the Nomvdic P2000 but the P1000 is fantastic for the money especially now it's discounted. I use mine with a Wupro Black Crystal screen and it's an amazing combo. The projector is a Nomvdic P1000 £299 on clearance on Amazon UK and the screen is from Wupro £650

You are going to struggle with this. I can only comment on projectors I actually own so here goes. You may be able to find an Optoma HD Projector for £250 ( I picked up a HD28E New from Amazon Resale for £239 or you may find the end of line Nomvdic projector cone back in stock on Amazon L500 and P1000 for £99 and £299 respectively. You may need to rethink throw and adjust your set up for what's available in your price range. If you go the Nomvdic route please note the company doesn't exist anymore so the only support will be from Amazon.
All depends on your budget and expectations. It's worth seeing what happens on Black Friday esp Amazon The Nomvdic P1000s are back in stock and if they reduce to price down to £300 then bag one. There is an issue that the company doesn't exist anymore so take out the optional 3yr warranty to cover yourself as it's only £30. I bought 2 and they are amazing for the price (you have to think these were £1500 when launched). I speak from experience as I own these projectors along with my Epson TW9300 as well as others The P1000 gets more use than any other projector I have an this is based on picture quality and black levels. With my Wupro ALR screen it can be used with ambient light as it's a fantastic combo.
