I think the AVR and Projector screen are a little high depending on what they have picked out. Is it going to be a fixed screen or a drop down? Black ash subwoofer seems like its an SVS, so they are likely matching the in ceilings to match that quality. If you want it done for less, buy your own equipment, and have them install it or find another company that will. Sony makes a great 4k laser for about 5k so that will cut the cost dramatically

God no!! Upgrade to one of the laser based 4k projectors! My fav is the Sony, but there are several to choose from. I think you’d be so disappointed losing that much screen! It’d feel like….. you know, A TV instead of a theater!

Sony BRAVIA Projector 8 and 9 are both incredible. True 4K amazing brightness, color, contrast, motion, and 4K120 at sub 12ms.

Epson will be brightest and average contrast and blacks. Sony will be less bright but better contrast. JVC is lowest brightness but incredible blacks and contrast. Pick what you prefer.

It really comes down to screen size. Screens below 15 feet you can probably do one of these: [https://electronics.sony.com/tv-video/projectors/all-projectors/p/vplxw8100b](https://electronics.sony.com/tv-video/projectors/all-projectors/p/vplxw8100b) [https://www.jvc.com/usa/projectors/procision/dla-nz900/](https://www.jvc.com/usa/projectors/procision/dla-nz900/) For a screen larger than 15 feet, then something like the GTZ380 noted by u/Berodney would be needed. My personal preference is Sony, I find their processing (Reality Creation, etc) and optics have an edge over JVC in my most recent testing and that trumped black levels.

I went the open box route, got a 4K Sony and never looked back. Sony optics and picture processing are the best available and their projectors are true 3-chip systems and native 4k.

this is probably the unpopular opinion on here and i get why, but having seen a lot of projectors (all the way up to the new Bravia 9 from Sony, and most JVC DLA) in action, and having also seen the 97" G5 and Hisense 116 RGBmini in person, the 97" G5 is the most impressive. is it extremely expensive? yes. but if you love OLED and want that exact quality in the biggest size you can, i say go for it if money isn't your biggest concern.
