Ufox - HK2

I've got two humidifiers. The one is 160W and the other 160W/320W, they are UFOX HK2 & UFOX U3S. They are both on now, in the livingroom and bedroom. Last night both were on all night, UFOX U3S only running at 160W, but when I woke up, the humidity was only at 24 %. I can only imagine how low it can go without humidifiers. This long freezing temperature period doesn't happen every winter but it's rough. Only increasing humidity helps and even with my two humidifiers, the humidity barely goes above 30 %. But 30 % feels a bit comfy already, even though it's still low humidity. Good moisturising lotion helps for skin, but for respiratory or eye symptoms, you need a humidifier. Eta: you also need to make sure that you have a good humidifier. Not all of them moisture equally well.

I run an Ufox in my bedroom 24/7. It's evaporating water, all silent. Humidity hovers around 25%, which is still low but manageable. It's some smallish model though, beefier probably exist.

You don't have very good humidifier or the apartment leaks heat a lot. Get proper humidifier like Ufox. It's expensive but good investment compared to cheap ones that don't even work. At least don't buy those ultrasonic humidifiers if you don't have abundant supply of distilled water

Ufox brand ones are easy to clean with a water-vinegar solution and don't require cleaning more than once a week. Additionally they are absolutely silent and have no moving parts you could break. The only way you can break it is if you let the water run out too many times, the automatic fuse stop will not protect you from incremental damage. Don't get anything ultrasonic, the mess is not worth it.

Only thing i can recommend for 50m2 and up is Oskar Big. Anything else wont be even close to keeping it 40% including normal Oskar and Ufox. Ive tried both. I had 2 normal Oskars before I bought the big. Its the same as 3-4 normal Oskars.
