"For me, the ZERO BLUE 2 is simply badass right out of the box. These were the only IMEs that had this deep sounding I was looking for."

"the 7hz Zero was very good at footstep amplification in Valorant ... damn if I didn't hear people from half way across the map"
"it's fantastic for gaming like picking up footsteps in something like Tarkov where the footsteps only compete with some light ambient noise and distant shots."
"great choice for your money for its bright neutral sound signature which is a great starting point if you like to play competitive eSports titles such as Valorant or Counter-Strike 2"

"It almost completely cuts out the cymbal noise when I'm playing live. ... So much so, I have the soundguy give me some drums in the mix because I tend to play too hard when I can't hear myself."
"the isolation is great when you're focused on doing work ... Helps to drown out background noise."
"The resulting passive noise reduction is outstanding."

"I have zero 2 Thier build, fit, cable and maybe driver quality are trash ... it's cable cacked on me after maybe 2-3 months."
"I hate the cable so much, already have a replacement cable picked out for when I can afford it…"
"7Hz Zero 2 has a terrible cable, you will find it getting tangled all the time"

"it was too bassy and made it harder to hear the higher notes clearly. ... i disliked the zero 2 because i felt that it's bass overpowered the mids and highs too much at times"
"the finer details I literally missed with the cheaper ones."
"None will have the clarity and details for some and many audiophiles. It kinda starts at least at the 4k-5k INR or above."
Recently got them too. Listening on iphone and for this price im very impressed. Small Dac or something the these will Sound awesome for 20-30€$£¥. Normaly Listening on nubert speakers and beyerdynamics or Marshalls. So I personally would recommend them bc price to Sound is pretty good
Iems flatlined after the 7HZ Zero 2 came out. You're either choosing your flavour of BA timbre machines, or a solid single DD like the Zero 2. And scientifically there is no way to measure or evidence that hybrids are better. Guys please stop downvoting this, it's a fact, argue your point instead of being salty. Provide proof hybrids are better and Dynamics arent adequate. I have also tried like a dozen ~100 to 600 dollar iems. And a few kilobucks.
Scientifically measurable accuracy or tuning accuracy? These are very different questions. The 7HZ Zero 2 probably measures, by our best scientific standards, more accurately then the Blessing 3. But people will think the Blessing 3 is better because driver count and subjective opinion about the sound (Harsher = better. Not sure I ever understood that. I guess some people like zingy highs)
Just grab 7HZ Zero 2's first. I have the KE4 and shelved it cause too zingy. All hybrids are
Zero 2 is the one and done imho. I have totl monarchs and stuff
Still actually the 7HZ Zero 2. Bunnys spike in the uppers are not fun, Castor pro bass is a bit odd but enjoyable at least, waner 2 is tooo vocal. Pure and hexa are mid. Pure neither has enjoyable bass or mids. Hexa is shouty. EM6L is thin. Explorer is dark asf. The only one of these I've had moments of "Oh shit" and jumping up because I thought the sound was next to me, was from the Zero 2. My collection goes into the kilobucks
Scammy companies making dozens of models to confuse people so they buy lots? What else goes on. The simplest solution is 7HZ Zero 2. Then call it a day. Don't get scammed I am saying this from experience, I got up to monarch mk3
Zero2, Moodrop Chu and other one i dont remember
I have AirPod pro2s and just went with crinnacle zero:2. I did buy an upgraded cable but that was preference since it didn’t like the way the included one felt. Sound is zero percent different so not necessary at all. On my iPod video, the warm DAC coupled with the bass favoring tone of the zero:2s hits the seeet spot of enough bass without introducing ear fatigue when I listen korn, Manson, Dre, snoop, and all the grunge/alt stuff from the 90s.
i'd still go for something like zero 2 for the sound signature. generally more suitable for the genre imo and on average a more widely appealing signature accessories are great on wan'er 2 but tuning comes first, accessories are a nice bonus though
tanchjim bunny for something more neutral, 7hz zero neutral brighter
closer to 20$ 7hz zero 2. very widely appealing sound signature that covers many music libraries. commonly a default blind buy rec for new comers for 30$ (atleast on black friday) i'd take advantage of the sale and go for kefine kleans. they'll be a stepup from the cheapie 20$ sets, cadenza is generally considered a sidegrade to the 20$ cheapie sets with diff tuning (though still a very nice set as well)
i see singlep you just get w/e you want just havve abit of bass. 7hz zero 2, cadenza, truthear gate, kz zvx pro,
gk kuntens. can be found <15$ with sound quality that punches to 50$ to many ears. widely appealing allrounder so budget + soundwise they're a good safe blind buy 7hz zero 2 - if the kuntens aren't available, safe all rounder as well wan'er 2 or tanchjim bunny - if you want vocals to shine kz duonic - if you love alot of bass
gk kunten currently you can pretty easily find for <15$. to a good amount of ears it punches to the 50$\~ price range (ymmv), and comes with an engaging but still balanced tuning that most people will find appealing and does well for any library which is great for a first blind buy set not to mention its cheap price. 7hz zero 2 i'd go for if kunten isn't available for you. tuning is more or less a similar story with kunten, engaging but balanced and well rounded. another excellent choice for a first set \- from there you can more establish your preferences like oh, maybe i'd want more/less bass, treble, etc if you want to commit to a more expensive set
of amazon, i'd recommend 7hz zero 2. widely appealing safe allrounder for music
The right side of my 7hz zero 2's just died, and im not sure if i should get another as i really loved the sound on it, or something like a chu ii/blues/gates/whatever, any reccos? wanna spend less than 50 bucks if possible, also, dongle dac reccos are also welcome Thanks
Alright so everybody here has an opinion, most of them based on "trust me bro". There is a bunch of ~20usd iems, all of them having very similar tuning (tuning is ALL that matters in the sound of earphones/headphones). A lot of them, because they are cheap, come with bad cables that break over time (cables are usually the nost fragile thing on this stuff). Thus I would recommend the Truthear Gate, it comes with a cable that is far better than even cables that vome with iems costing 5x the price. Under 100usd, I would recommend the the Truthear Pure. It is tuned to be what we call neutral now (jm1 and -1db/Oct. Tilt), leaning a bit warm. KZ is... questionable. Some praise it for its price to performance, others hate it. What we are certain about is that they do not sound *objecitevly* correct, not even close to it sometimes. On top of that, they got questionable QC... and marketing practices (paying reviewers, silent revisions for the worse...) 7hz Salnotes Zero:2 - is a good option with a solid tuning, but many find it uncomfortable. Edit: The moondrop chu2 is also a solid option, but I would still go for the Gate.
I am currently using the truthear PURE as my main, I am personally not a basshead but i feel the PURE is a right balance for me. I did try alot of IEMs like the truthear crincle red , chu 2 , zero 2, truthear hexa, simgot ew300 , but i chose the PURE as it sounded better than the rest to me its is the most balanced option that fit in my price range
At this stage just roll a dice and get that one because everything would be an upgrade compared to 5bucks iem.imo the safest would be zero 2 cus its just neutral with bass boost then start exploring from there.
I forgot that zero 2 has bad included accessories so if u want better included stuff ill go for waner and gates or bunny for dsp(usb c).but like i said just roll a dice ,all of them are good enough
Up until now I've been listening to 7HZ x Crinacle Zero:2, they have a lot of bass and might be tiring for long sessions. So I ordered Kiwi Ears Cadenza for myself. They are quite similar to Tangzu Wan'er. In any case, Tangzu Wan'er or Moondrop Chu II will be a very great option for any ears.
Great choice! I chose this model too
