I have the MEE audio M6s and I just recently bought a set of CCA C12s. The CCA sound better and have more drivers. They don’t come with memory foam tips. So I had to order some separate. I prefer them over the M6. Just my personal preference.

At the moment, just some cheap Chinese gear until I can prioritize getting better ones. Phenyx Pro PTM-10 wireless transmitter and receiver, and CCA C12 IEMs from Amazon. The Phenyx Pro wireless I wouldn't really reccomend unless budget is one's primary concern, as it was for me. When I got them, I needed a stereo unit, and was also in the midst of buying a ton of other live sound equipment for gigging, so I just opted for the cheapest one I could find that actually worked reliably. The fundamental sound quality is good enough, and they don't drop connection as long as you follow the basic rules of wireless unit management, but they do introduce a lot of high end noise that would make them insufficient for pro-level gigs. If you're doing low-paying local gigs in bars, schools, municipal festivals (as I mostly do), then they're perfectly decent to work with, and the noise is more of a mild annoyance than a real hindrance. I'll upgrade to a Shure or Sennheiser wireless unit whenever I feel like I can justify the investment. On the other hand, the CCA IEMs are surprisingly good for $50, and I would reccomended them for anyone who isn't looking to pay $300-1200 for a pair. They have 6 drivers, they're comfortable, excellent seal and noise rejection for non-molded earbuds, and for $50, you don't have to worry about losing or breaking them. In my opinion, they're far better than anything else you'll find in the sub-$300 range, even from top brands like Shure. One day I may splurge for some fancy custom mold ones, but for now, I'm more than happy to use the CCAs, and feel no real urgency to replace them.

I use CCA C12s. They are pretty cheap 6 driver in ears, but they sound surprisingly good

r/Bass • What in ear monitors are you guys using these days, That are not too expensive, that can handle the low end for bass guitar. ->
