papayamayor 1.0If you want something all-in-one packet, you should look into CVJ iems, specifically the ones for gaming, that come with a cable with a good microphone attached to it, which reminds of an headset microphone and you can put it close to your mouth. CVJ Assassin, CVJ Killer and CVJ Shadow Blade. If you want a different IEM, you could purchase the cable separately. CVJ Hato2, Celest Ruyi Pro, TRN RedChain, QKZ Q7 Max, will all do the job. And you can buy a different IEM that suits your budget and/or is well recommended. You could start with a GK Kunten or a Tripowin Vivace and buy one of the aftermarket cables I just recommended. You will also stay well below the 100€ budget. Need to order from AliExpress. Best of luck.
