Budget gaming pick, but poor cables and polarizing bass.

I started with truthear pure, 7hz timeless 2, punch audio Martello, then maestro mini. By far the maestro mini filled the hole I had. The vocals are forward and clean, but the sub bass, it’s so clean, smooth, but heavy. I’ve been looking at the maestro SE just to see if that would be my next step
Straight up bass monster, something like FatFreq Deuce or Maestro Mini (used). If you don't care about even balance, 7hz Legato as someone else has mentioned. I would also definitely echo Punch Audio gear used. Dunu Ito would be satisfying too. Diablo is definitely for bassheads but it's not a bass monster. Also consider grabbing an impedance adapter (like 30ohm) and you can add bass to a lot of sets (not planars).
Too many to list. Tea and Top Pro. Bgvp Astrum, Thieaudio Origin, Aful Cantor.... Fatfreq Maestro Mini, Softears Studio 4. Etymotic Evo, etc....
Look into fatfreq maestro mini or scarlet mini. Smallest but most comfortable for me. Also bass.
Fatfreq scarlet or mini would be my choice for a basshead set, and maybe a 64 audio u4s on sale? then again i'd probably just drop the full 1400 on a basshead set since I think the top pro already fulfills your first ask.
